Good but broke quickly
Bought ours in January 2026 and by March a piece (the hopper) had broken and already needed replacement. Contacted Ninja thinking because the machine was bought so recently the issue would be resolved free of charge but that was not the case. Be aware when purchasing🥲 Other than that the machine is beautiful.

Cheap Plastic Parts
Would Not RecommendI got this for my birthday. It is scratched and dented. The funnel has the comb tine things broke. I can't use it. Why use plastic? It is supposed to be high end and you use cheap plastic. You ruined my birthday.

Would RecommendPurchased the Raspberry NinjaLux as soon as I saw it come out. It is beautiful! I was on the fence about getting this or the Breville for the past year, and I am so glad I chose Ninja. It’s very user friendly and easy to use, as are all Ninja products.

Best present I have ever bought for myself.
Would RecommendA great buy. I have had other coffee machines and deliberated over this for some time. It’s better coffee than from the local café. It makes things easy, but the operator can revert to manual if so required. The only fault that I can find is that there is not enough room for two mugs to make two servings simultaneously. I have solved that by using two Italian style short black glasses and decanting them into mugs.

Received about 2 weeks ago, loving it so far! Easy to use, looks more intimidating that actual is. Lots of videos online that are helpful. The machine is gorgeous, looks great in my kitchen. Made Cold Brew, Espresso, Cold Espresso, and lots of Cold Foams so far!

Real Coffee vs K-Cups
Would RecommendWe bought a Keurig Coffee “maker” and had to return it in less than 60 days as it would only brew ~2 ounces of coffee. I did some research and bought the Ninja Cafe Premier, what I consider a coffee “machine”, and it brews an amazing, freshly brewed, cup of coffee! I will never go back to K-Cups!

Best of Both Worlds
I have been using this machine for a few months and I love it. It makes great drip coffee and espresso which is why I bought it. I usually have drip coffee in the morning and then a cappuccino or an espresso later on. I get the best of both worlds in one machine.
