Would RecommendHad leaves and dirt blocking the drainage in front of the basement walk-in area that caused 3 floods in the basement and very costly repairs. Once this basin was installed and connected to the underground drainage pipe to replace 5-6 inch diameter drainage lid, we haven’t had any flood issue. Very good product!

Would RecommendOne day, not long ago, we had 2.6 inches of rain in 12 hours. Our home being on the side of a hill, the water running down past a garden, dug an 11 inch ditch along the edge.
