our coffee maker new but does not work

we got this coffee maker about a month ago, it does not make a full pot of coffee, about 25% in a half a hour and stll not done, it had white powder in it like it was a old used maker, we had to stop using it... not happy at all.our maker was red and black....

I have been buying Mr. Coffee coffee makers for years and I have noticed a decline in the quality of their makers over the years. I am extremely disappointed in this model, but I was not always! This product makes luke warm coffee and it is unacceptable! bought two

I bought this pot in black and it quit working after a year not bad for what i paid for it then turned around and bought in Red had it two months and its quits too

stops working after 8 mos

This is the second time I purchased this a coffee maker from Mr. Coffee brand and they do not get pass 8 months. I am the only one who drinks coffee in my home and I clean it even other month. I use it in the morning only. I am disappointed Now I need to find a coffee maker AGAIN!

Good solid purchase.

The Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker is a good machine that performs as described. The price was moderate as compared to some more expensive models. My only con is that the labels on the coffee maker are hard to read and the clock is a bit small. The finish is advertised as brush chrome but it tends to be more shinny then the other brush chrome products in my kitchen.

Color caught my attention Performance I was hooked

I have always loved Mr.Coffee brands carried on from my Mom and Grandmother . When searching for a new coffee maker I saw this elegant black and red model fit perfect in my color scheme.. 6 months later the performance and ease of use had me hooked.. the flavor of the brewed coffee perfect!

Great Coffee Maker

This looks like the one I have. It has lasted longer than the usual brand I was buying. I will continue to purchase Mr Coffee makers in the future. I love these #MrCoffeeContest

upgraded look, super reliable

The brewer is an upgraded, more refined look, than our 6 year old one it replaces. The old one still works fine but has some rustiness on the warming plate probably due to inevitable water drops and splashes I initiate. The new one has the same control buttons but the Strong brew button doesn't stay as the Default. It must be pressed each brew cycle if you want the strong brew feature (which is barely different than the regular). The old one stayed Strong by default if you pressed that. The end-...

No Longevity

My previous inexpensive Mr Coffee maker lasted almost ten years. When it finally gave out, I purchased one of these as a replacement. About a year later, it just stopped working. You can hear the switch tripping inside, but it does not brew. Poor, poor, quality.

Great design!

I have purchased Mr. Coffee Makers for many years and the only problem I found was with the design. Pouring was a problem but they have corrected the problem and now I never waste any of my coffee. Thanks so much!

5 months and in then BANG.!

Worked well with no problems for 5 months. Then one morning poured water into back of unit, and turned it on. All the water poured out the bottom of the unit with out my knowledge. Best Mr Coffee I've had yet!

I bought this Mr Coffee 3 weeks ago to replace a different Mr Coffee model that worked great, but I needed one with auto shut-off. This unit is the best I've had so far. It covers all the bases for me & was affordable. I have used Mr Coffee for about 20 years and this is my 3rd model. They last a good long time with proper usage & maintenance. I highly recommend this model.

Great Coffe Maker

This coffee maker does everything I need it to do. Very reliable and good tasting coffee so far. It also looks very nice with the silver accent around the front. Includes a water filter tray which is nice for improving the taste quality of the coffee. The only complaints are that the beep that tells you the coffee is ready beeps about a minute too early, and the "strong" coffee setting doesn't stay selected, I have to select it each time.
