Love it! (except set up)

Love having now handles in the shower and really love being able to preset and have it at just the right temp when getting in! Only issue was it was "buggy" trying to get it synced to app. love it now though!

We purchased this with the intention of controlling the shower with Alexa. Guess what? There’s a skill. After you link your account, it has instructions. When followed, Alexa acknowledges them, and says “enjoy your shower!” Which would be great if the shower turned on. It doesn’t. Nothing happens. When you use Moen’s app, it works, but that defeats the purpose. I don’t want to use 93 different apps to control my house. I bought this shower (TS3302TB) equipment several months ago while our contractor worked on updating our Master Bathroom. After installing the shower equipment I followed the Shower instructions, but have been unable to get the shower to work. Great showers but phone app doesn’t connect

Would Recommend

I got the system working yesterday so I haven’t had the opportunity to connect with tech support yet but the phone app keeps showing my U as being online. I’ve stepped through the wizard 4 times now. It worked for a few hours but it’s now offline again. I’ve had a couple of great showers and it’s really cool to see the actual temp and know when I can walk into the shower without having to “feel” the water and adjust accordingly! ... I just like toys I guess.
