Would Not RecommendThe interface for setting the times is really poor. It is just not a very obvious way to think when doing that task. It should have been organized differently. Also it will barely work with rechargable batteries, they must be freshly charged with a normal 1.5 or 1.4 volts to work. If it works at the start then it will continue to work until they die, which does take a long time, couple months perhaps. Would RecommendI have used this time for over 3 years now and love it. I love being able to set each zone for a different time of day and for a different amount of time. I take it inside in the winter, and it has held up well during all this time. I'm actually looking at buying another one.

Handy but could improve design
I have used the a couple of seasons. I like it but would like to see a couple of improvements on design: 1)Plastic hose threads should be brass to prevent threading, cracking or breaking if tugging hose. 2) Zones should be clearly labeled. Thank you for this handy tool.

Worth the price, works really well and is reliable
It works very well for my multi zone drip system. Minor problem of leakage from unused ports. It takes a little while to understand how to setup the zones and timers but once you get it, it’s great

Zone 2 stopped working after a month
Would Not RecommendThis worked ok for the first month. Today, I find that zone 2 is not working. The display says it is working, but the inner valve will not open. It's a $60 item and in order to get a refund or replacement I am responsible for all postage. I'll just buy a different brand and write Melnor off as a bad buy.
