Not a fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to return it for full refund hope it's not too late. Could not even wash three towels without it getting off balance and the automatic balancing did not work I had to change Cycles go through a different cycle to get it to spin out. Machine is level but shakes all over during cycles. Plus it is very loud

Spots on clothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased in January. All dark colored items have spots and lint all over the clothes. We had a repair person come out under warranty and was told nothing is wrong with it. We have tried all the troubleshooting steps adjusting the amount of HE detergent, pods, liquid detergent, extra rinse, extra power, warm water and everything else possible. Nothing is helping.

One thing I will say is I wish I got the middle piece for the drum (idk what it called). When I wash my comforters, the drum gets off balance and or lopsided causing the cycle to stop. Great Washer

LOVE the quick cycle & the load capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is fantastic! It took a load or two to figure out all the settings, as it always does, but once i got the hang of those it has been great. Simple to use, great design and it looks good too.

Nice Washer

Washer works well and is quiet and easy to use. I usually only use the short wash cycle so haven’t tried the other features. No physical user manual comes with the machine had to download and print it out.

START BUTTON IT TERRIBLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer about 3 weeks. The start buttom is very difficult to push and sometimes takes several tries to get it going. I have never had a start button on anything that was that hard to operate. Everything else I like about the washer but the start button is terrible and thats why it only gets 3 stars

Effortless

It is an adjustment from a front loading to a top loading and I have gotten some warning lights and so I've had to readjust the load multiple times it seems like a good product though I noticed a brighter output in my laundry versus previously

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I get in touch with Customer Service concerning the operation of the washing machine I still have unanswered questions for which is making the operation of the washer extremely difficult for a senior citizen a question is how do you stop the washer to add additional pillows without upsetting the cycle

Very disappointed

Do not buy this washer or any other top load impeller washer. Mine is 15 months old. Has been repaired twice in past 9 weeks. Still terrible. Worked fair before but has never washed clothes really well and appliance guy says you can’t wash shoes, large comforters , small dog beds etc. I bought a larger capacity to be able to wash a queen size comforter. Worst washer I’ve ever owned and Maytag wouldn’t honor warranty because it was a month “out of date” and it’s not the motor . Tub bracing rods h...
