Worth the money

I’ve had my washer for a little over a month now and I really enjoy it. I haven’t connected to WiFi because I don’t see a reason too. It has stopped because it’s unbalanced which I think it’s a nice touch.

It been only 5 months snd my washer machine is broken. There is no such thing call the guarantee and in couple of days, we fix it. Iys being two weeks without the washing waiting for someone to come and fix ot. The worst purchase in my life. Do not purchase this product please!!!

A piece of Junk/Trouble

After 3 months this $1000.00 washer flooded my apartment & ruined my carpets, clothes & furniture . Water was shooting out from behind the back of the metal piece that covers the back ! Lowes would not do anything about it . Stated I only had 30 days to for them to send a repairman & the extended warranty is a joke ! You can’t talk to a person , only per chat robot ! Washer does not clean clothes

Leaves white residue all over clothes. It appears to be a mix of detergent and lint. I have tried 3 different detergents, different forms of detergent, multiple settings, smaller loads, minimal detergent, and everything else that has been suggested and nothing has fixed the issue. The answers from Maytag are a joke. They recommend only using certain cycles and always using power wash and extra rinse. What is the point of having multiple cycles if only one of them will actually clean the clothes...

Buyer Beware

I have had this washer and dryer set for 8 days. It takes multiple attempts to get the screen to turn on for both the washer and dryer to begin using it. It is also very noisy. I will never buy Maytag again. Maytag used to make good products. I regret my purchase. Repairman is already coming out after one week.

Although my clothes smell clean, the washer is fading my black clothes and causing red patches on them. In addition, the clothes feel stiff/dry. Even with the extra rinse and deep fill settings turned on, my clothes consistently come out feeling stiff/dry, like there’s a residue left behind. I’ve tried multiple detergents, including Tide powder with Oxi and Tide liquid, and I’ve reduced the amount significantly, but the problem hasn’t gone away.
