only got 2 years out of it.
Would Not RecommendWe have had this washer for a little over 2 years and the pump basically has short circuited the control panel. The cost to repair the control panel is more than what it cost to buy the washer. It has worked well for us for the past few years, but we need something that will last longer than a couple of years.

Wish I hd not bought

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Fits my king size comforters. I miss the option to soak and the app doesn’t allow a load to be paused that way, but I can manually pause the load. Love the rest of the features and the app notifications.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer does a good job. I like the selection of settings available. I have had many Maytags over the years which is why I purchased another. The only thing with this one is the noise it makes like when it locks the lid, changes actions and spins. I sure hope it lasts as long as my other ones did.

Sometimes it works with pressing it while other times you have to hold it down and then that tells it to Reset the system. It is very noisy. Should have gotten another Whirlpool. It's my first and last Maytag. Can't get it to connect to my Bluetooth to set up Remote Start. Says it should be within 30 ft of my WiFi. Really? It does do a good job cleaning, but otherwise I wouldn't buy another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just ok. It takes multiple presses of the on button for washer to turn on. The remote wifi start keeps defaulting to off so that has to be reset constantly. Lastly this washer constantly has to be rebalanced. Would not buy again

No more Laundrymat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an outdated washer with this Maytag. It gets our clothes cleaner than the laundrymat and can take a very large load. We bought a direct drive model beucause we read it would be quiter and more durable but it is quite loud.
