[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very old Maytag 39 year old washer and dryer they last forever they are very good machines

Load it right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started having out of balance and redistribute load issues on the first load and it is still very picky about how you load the washer. I have had service and parts replaced and it is not as particular but still takes a few try's to get load leveled before you can walk away in putting on a load.

3 months later machine is broken

There is a known issue with this machine when it loses balance it doesn't lock anymore. It's within warranty and the service company Maytag provides is horrible they said it will take 5 weeks to come check the machine not even fix it.

Love the Pet Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this new washer about a month and so far I love it. Since I have pets (furbabies) the pet pro feature is very helpful. I also like the variations and choices on load size, soil level, water temperature and so much more. So far, I highly recommend the Pet Pro Washer.

Maytag washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been washing clothes for over 50 years but I have never had a washer that has unbalanced loads as much as this one does. I like the washer but I don’t want to stand next to it and watch it so I can be there when It starts to shake.

New replacement washer

The Perpro feature works better than expected & lo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wifi feature is very handy & works very well. Love I can add an extra cycle, like “drain & spin” if I’m not ready to take laundry out. The petpro feature works incredibly well & is very easy to clean out. It surprisingly collects a lot of lint & pet hair. It’s easy to to clean & put back on. It’s not loud, weighs the load before it starts the wash so appropriate amount of water is used.

DO NOT BUY

From the first load on it had issues with being off balance and you have to basically stand by the washer the entire time it is washing so you can redistribute the load, can't wash towels without getting stuck on the small middle section of the agitator and going out of balance. Wish i would of never bought this thing.

Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and in less then a month the hose inside of the washing machine broke. The water sprayed everywhere and leaked through my ceiling. Several weeks late I am still trying to get the warranty to fix my machine and fix the damage. I am not happy with the machine or the service.
