Good washer but cannot use the cleaning cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance of the washer was good, except thatbalancing the load is the key to help itnot run into error. The cycle of cleaningwith Affresh did not work so I have to exchange foranother one. the cleaning cycle was stopped half way andlocked the li, even resetting and unplug the washer wouldn’t unlock it.

Great purchase

DO NOT BUY unless you have a lot of time to waste

You will spend a LOT of time redistributing clothes in this washer....you have to baby sit the washer for the whole cycle and redistribute soppy wet clothes over and over. You cannot wash a large load or anything bulky. This washer if a waste of time and money. Often you will need to remove part of the load half way through and rewash. DO NOT BUY.

Maytag PetPro

1st time worked great, 2nd time said "No water detected, check inlet hoses" OK, I hear the water filling... 🤷‍♀️ I have had the warranty people out 4 times for the same issue!! DO NOT BUY THIS SET!! If I could, I would return and buy something else!

Love this Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Maytag washing machine right before Christmas and I love it. I'm excited to do laundry now. The drum is big enough for my queen size comforter and there is still room in there. I love all the washing options and having the pet hair filter. I have two cats and a dog, so that is needed.

Save your money

Save your money, and look elsewhere. I was really excited to get this washer but it has been nothing but problems. It goes off balance frequently. It would just be a throw blanket and two towels and it will go off balance. My husband made sure that it was Level and we still have the same issue. You will then try to distribute the items in the washer and it will tell you three more times that it is off-balance then the whole cycle will restart. Like the pet pro option

worst Maytag I've ever owned

It doesn't fill properly, 2" of water and it starts agitating. Grinds the clothes up with not enough water to wet underwear. #2) only cold water delivered even when the dial is at hot water. 3) Noisy, sounds like grinding sand. #4) Clean Washer option..I left and came back 3hrs later still cycling.

Great marketing, poor performance!

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new washer for a couple of weeks. It looks great. I love the pet pro option. I love that the agitator keeps everything balanced. It is noisier than I care for. The wash cycles are quite long. I also noticed that you either have to use less detergent or run an extra rinse cycle to get the detergent out of clothes. But, it works well when I use less detergent, and it seems to still clean my clothes.

Love the PetPro set!

Love that we can now wash and dry our largest comforter at home and not have to go to the laundromat anymore! It does a great job cleaning and gives you the ability to do a pre soak and even has a built in faucet to rinse out the detergent cup. defective does not spin after wash

Well, right after installation, on the first wash on new washer, it happened again. After the regular wash cycle, it does not do a final spin after wash to drain clothes. Total bust … didn’t remove any pet hair!

Purchased this unit specifically for the pet pro feature. I was excited to remove lint rollers from every room… pet hair from the 4 short haired dogs 2 barn cats is always an issue. This washer didn’t catch any extra pet hair. Still have to do multiple washes and hope the dryer catches most of it. Total waste of the extra money for a feature that is simply a marketing ploy…
