Wonderful washer!!

Looks and feels great. Can’t wait to get it installed and use it. We are building a new home and can’t believe we got this at the price we did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only ran six loads through the machine and very happy with it performance. Replaced a large capacity LG top loader. The Maytag is a little louder and has a agitator but seems to clean better and no soap residue after rinse. Extremely pleased at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is taking a while to adjust to this new washing machine.. It is more complicated than the old machines. I hope with time and more washing we can a greater appreciation.. This is a heavy duty machine. And we love the look.

touch start sometimes is difficult to activate

I had nothing but issues with the Bravo. I almost went with a different brand but decided to stick with Maytag and purchased the Maytag Pet Pro with agitator. I amso glad I did. Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this machine a few weeks, it looks great nice clean design and we love the color we got it in. We have not tried all the features yet, but really like the pet pro features we have three dogs and this machine catches alot if fur and hair. So far so good

No more dog hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago specifically because of my dog hair. It has been AMAZING at removing it all and the filter shows me how much was actually getting into my previous washer. GROSS!!!! This was such a happy purchase!!

I Do Not Recommend.

I bought this washer about one month ago. Before I used it, there was an error code. It worked once or twice, and that was it. It does not dispense fabric softener unless you press the button to do so, and even then, it still did not dispense it. My 26 y.o. The washer that I replaced spun the clothes dryer, then this one. It will not connect to my wifi. Now, it will not turn on. I have unplugged it for days, but it still does not work. I am done trying to figure it out. I will be returning it.

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible. The worst appliance I have ever purchased! It does not sense my touch. I have a terrible time starting it. I haven’t been able to schedule repair because my husband is going through radiation treatments.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer the end of November. So happy that I chose this one and with the Pet Pro. I feel that my clothes have become cleaner. Love the filter that can be cleaned after each wash. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

Love my Maytags!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Maytag Pet Pro Washer and Dryer. Originally purchased a cheaper brand on the suggestion of the salesman, but immediately returned them to purchase the name brand we trust, Maytag. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn them on as the buttons are sensitive to touch. No need to push or hold, just a light tap does the trick. Clothes are clean and I am a happy camper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washing machine about 1 month ago to replace an older Maytag washing machine. we have noticed how much quieter this mew machine is in comparison to our last machine. it seems to clean much better and the pet hair filter works well in collecting pet hair and lint from our laundry. So far we are very happy with our new washing machine.

Junk, stay away!

This is by far the biggest piece of junk I ever bought. God forbid you want to wash a sweater or sweatshirt. Throws error codes. I spend 30 minutes moving articles of clothing around just to keep the error codes from happening. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!

Big, big, big!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic washer. So easy to fill, less time spent waiting and the most important thing is it gets the job done! Makes doing the laundry actually easier. Not to mention getting all the dog hair off too.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this machine. It is leaving lint dust looking stuff all over our clothes. We hardly use any detergent and use the deep fill to give it a good rinse. The samsung we had before this machine didn't do this. And we had our water checked and it is good. Did this from the very first load we put in your machine. Not happy at all. With the money we spent and now stuck with this!!!!

When it works w/o issues it washes as expected

The 1st 2 weeks this washer performed w/o any issues. 3rd week of using this washer after 6-7 loads of clothes I started getting a message regarding Power outage for the unit. It would not complete a wash cycle and I would notice the unit stopped midway through the wash cycle. Also at times the interface would reboot when I tried to configure settings for the wash. It's acting like a potential software updat...
