Power button is stiff

Still learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago and still trying to get it right. I like how you can add water plus it has a deep fill mode. Like pet hair filter. Have issues with large loads spinning. No smell like front loader.

Great for pet hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far works fantastic little taller than one in store so if you are short make sure to have step stool, I'm only 4'11 so if you're tall its good fit for you no issues cleans my clothes great

Crappy machine

Balance Feature Is Annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time you put in a bulky load it continually goes off balance saying this correcting or you have to shut the load and then it happens again.

Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer performs reaonsalby well, but is noticably loud. I recommend it for rooms that are either well enclosed or away from communal living areas.

Broken twice

It came broken, I had it replaced with another one that also came broken. I’m still waiting on a third replacement. Customer service has dropped all three times now trying to get it to me. I’ve contacted corporate. I’ve contacted everybody and their mother. I’ve had to go to the laundromat twice now and buy my husband new clothes for work. I just wanna wash machine that doesn’t come broken

Powerful, pet‑friendly washer with great capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pet Pro system is a big plus for us; the built in filter and pet pro option do a great job catching visible pet hairs that would normally stay stuck to clothes or end up in the dryer lint trap. Features like deep fill, the fill-in water faucet for quick pretreating, and the sanitize with oxi cycle makes the washer feels very versatile for different types of load. I also appreciate the slow-close glass lid and overall sturdy build - it feels...

Needs Tweaking

Excellent choice for people with pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed the Maytag VMAX 7 Series AGI Washer a few days ago and I’m really impressed! I have cats and am not a fan of cat hair on my clothes. I honestly did not realize how much hair was still sitting in the fabrics until I used this machine. It pulls off way more than I expected. Blankets and every day clothes are coming out noticeably cleaner. The VMAX spin is strong and you can tell it extracts a lot of water at the end of the cycle...
