First Maytag

The load balance ( which it appears to be a known opportunity with the washer) really is not a problem once you learn how to load articles in the machine. So many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 11/2025. I like it so far, it’s not like a traditional washer. Doing less laundry than usual, the Pet Pro feature is needed in a house with 2 kitty cats 🐾 still experimenting with all the settings. Bluetooth feature has been awesome.

Washer

The very first time I uesd the washer it continued to be off balance. Second time the washer load when finished was tangled up and I had to separate/detangle the items. I don't feel it uses enough water to get the clothes clean. Its should be using a sensor for water level, not so sure it does. So far I would not purchase again. On a positive note I love the color and size of the washer.

Worst purchased ever

This machine lasted exactly one year and I have nothing but problems. Tech has been out 3 times in 45 days. Lowe's appliance warranty company is NOT user friendly, the companies they partner with are unreliable and unfriendly. Extremely frustrated

This Washer sucks!!!

If you have a busy life, do not buy this washer. All cycles take almost 2 hours. Quick cycle is 1 hour & 15 minutes. My old washer…quick cycle was 35 minutes. How is this washer energy efficient when it runs twice as long & uses twice as much water than my old washer. Very false marketing. Taking this piece of junk back to the store. Took me 5 hours to wash 2 loads of clothes.

Maytag is definitely a 10 out of 10

I love the sizing and the capacity of it. I love that it is energy efficient and the settings and features are so easy to use. and I love that it comes in black.

Went out within three weeks of purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and the electrical board went out within 3 weeks of delivery, the part has been on back order for almost 4 weeks now. So I’ve been without a washing machine for going on a month with no update on when the part will be back available. Very unhappy with this experience so far.

Disappointed

I have to restart the washer every time I want to do a load of wash. I feel like I have a computer doing my laundry. That's not at all what I wanted. The pet feature is worth the loudness

Pretty Spacious JUNK

All that space but can’t wash anything large in it. My 20 year old kenmore worked better. It has a balancing issues. Stops with everything soaking wet. Try to adjust it and drain it and it’s starts all over and still doesn’t drain. Basically can’t wash blankets in it. Absolutely not a ruggable. My first brand new set and I absolutely hate them! The dryer is horrible too - never completely drys anything on any setting. I think both of these are defective trash. Obviously Maytag needs to ...

Working great
