Cleans greatly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this less than a month, getting ready to reach out to them because the power button isn't wanting to read my finger. It is taking several times before it will turn on. Other than that I do like the washer.

New appliances

Extremely roomy and user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about 6 weeks and so far, so good The drum seems huge and obviously fits a large quantity of clothes that come out clean. It is intuitive and friendly to operate. If I could give this a 4.5, I would, because a few loads haven't spun as dry as they should have and I had to do a drain/spin cycle. I have yet to use the Pet Pro function.

A little disappointed

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE like this washing machine, but the initial directions on the LED screen were set to Spanish. The installation guys should have asked what language we preferred

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very noisy washer. It actually sounds like something is wrong with it. The loud clicking in the beginning of the cycle is annoying. I am assuming that is the lid lock, but it clicks around 3 or 4 times. I just don’t think it’s going to last very long at all.

Button issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works good but I don't like the buttons, some are black and some are metal looking, and its confusing. At first I thought the metal looking ones were unusable.

Over all love the feachers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this with the hope of getting pet fur from our clothes. I was very surprised at how much it took out. so needless to say we are extremely pleased with the Petpro washer and dryer.

Moisture problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moisture coats the electronic panel and drips from under the lid down the front and onto the floor. The lid needs a seal.

Many Features-Reliability Concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is a warranty replacement of a similar 10 year old machine deemed unfixable. 10 months ago, major repairs had to be performed.The replacement operates and sounds similar to the older model and at times sounds clunky. After several loads it appears to do a satisfactory job cleaning the cloths. The larger tub is also a plus. Overall material quality appears less than previous machine. Not very optimistic that this machine wil...

God/Bad????

Pet Hair no More!

I love the pet hair filter it’s easy to access and catching way more than I thought it would.

Extremely loud!!
