[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good washing machine and I'm glad I bought it. My last Maytag washing machine lasted 17 years. I am expecting this washing machine to last for a very long time to.

AWFUL!

Maytag used to be a reputable company, they no longer care about the quality of their product or their customers. 3 month old washer unusable for going on 3 weeks, I asked for parts to be expedited they won't even do that.

Good Appliance but Needs a Few Tweeks

I have a dog that sheds like crazy so I figured I'd try the Pet Pro system. The Pet Pro feature doesn't seem to remove much dog hair and adds a lot of time to the wash and dry cycles. You would figure if it adds all that time it would capture more of the hair. I feel the Dryer lint trap is poorly designed and doesn't seem to do a great job filtering the lint. I have ...

Maytag and Lowes failures

Item had a catastrophic failure in less than 6 days after Lowes installation. Lowe's washed their hands of the problem. Maytag does not have any authorized service in Northern New Mexico, and service has to come from upper Colorado to perform a diagnostic (not repair) service call, two weeks after the failure.

Solid No

Two broken washers!? From day one, it would not wash a load without stopping mid-cycle. It could only continue from the app, otherwise the load would have to start all over, only to stop in the middle again. A new one was sent as a replacement. That one never made it into my home because the wonderful delivery guys saw that the inside was completely broken. I ended up cancelling the order and getting a different brand.

Great product

Love how quiet it is and very easy to use, i also love that i am able to monitor it from my phone.

Poor location of control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer does a fantastic job of drying and removing pet hair. The only dislike of the dryer is the location of the control panel. Moving it to the top of the machine would be much better because that large round dial used to choose the type of drying desired is the pits! Move the control panel to the top of the machine lik it is on your pet pro washing machine.

Decent washer, Filter is a gimmick

Replaced an old Maytag with this model. I was hopeful the pet hair filter would work. The washer is just fine, but do not spend extra money for the pet hair filter. The tub, window and gasket is always full of dog hair. The pet hair filter...is empty.

Sleek...Quiet...and you get a great wash!

I've only had it about 2 weeks, but so far, I LOVE it. I had the origianl Maytag Neptune, and LOVED it. Been through 3 different washers...LG, Maytag top loader, and a GE...the Maytag front loaders have been the best ones so far.

Destroyed Sheets & Clothes, Pet Filter Ineffective

We purchased this and the matching dryer. Timeline: Sunday (Delivery Day): Lowe's crew brought washer in on hand truck without padding or straps. Put dents in the front of the washer that even have red paint from the hand truck. Crew also put drill/driver and other items on top of the washer during install which scratched it up. Dryer Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer last month and am so glad I did. I am still learning about all the features but it works great. It is replacing a dryer that was in excess of 25 years old.
