Worked twice and died

Got on a great sale have always found some good raps at lowes over the years just stopping in from time to time was super exited was looking at a smoker for the past few years saw this was a huge deal and was super confident from my past buys on a good sale but this worked twice and then nothing super shame was so excited to keep using it

first of all this is made with a thin gauge sheet metal it is flimsy there it no seal on the smoker door but it does have a seal in the fire box door the bluetooth on it sucks it took me 5 tries before I could get a signal and the automatic fan and control sucks at regulating the temperature the fan will not shut off and I have to constantly unplug the smoker to get the fan to shut off I am in the beginning of smoking about $200 of brisket for an event tomorrow at a business that will have its n...

Almost a Great Smoker

I really enjoy this smoker & have had great results as a beginner. A few issues that I'm working through. Guide rail under charcoal basket detached 1st use but I replaced the pop rivet & it's good. The internal temperature monitor did not work and the connector is so loose that it's hard to make a good connection. Also after about 3 hours smoking it seems like the fan does run as strong as it should be. That will take more smokes to sort out if there is a fan issue. These are fixable & after 4 s...

Low quality

Don't buy this expecting it to maintain any kind of correct temperature. The temperature control features of this unit are a myth. Set it up correctly and set it to 275 and it will continue to heat up right on past that by 100 degrees or more.

Great Price; A LOT of Initial Issues

I like the size of the unit and the long cord it comes with. Despite all the issues I've had in the first 4 days, the unit ended up producing a very good set of baby-back ribs! Now for the negs: the display panel stopped working after the initial seasoning burn. Junk

This smoker is horrible! The first one I got was damage, and not from shipping the box was in great shape. Whoever boxed it should of noticed. The second one wasnt damaged, but the fan never worked. We followed the troubleshooting page, looked at you tube videos with no luck and there is NO customer support! You have to fill put something online and theyll get back with you. One of the shelves was crooked because the holes were not drilled straight!

Like the smoker but...

Simple to use but hard to control at lower temp. The app is junk don't bother installing, worked one time on wifi with multiple reconnects. Hasn't worked since.

Not worth the price. Get a pitboss

I bought this smoker for my husband for Christmas. Started using it new years eve. Only used it a few times started off with issues on the second use with the Bluetooth connections and then it went to dropping temperature and next use it would keep temperature to high. Now it gives us a error 5 code on the Bluetooth app. I should have bought a pit boss and not this piece of junk.

Don’t waste your money!

The only thing worse than the quality of this garbage heap is the customer service. TWICE I’ve tried to get this remedied and twice I had to deal first with a robot and then told I’m not in the system. I bought it directly from the manufacturer for Christsake! The gas won’t stay on and it will cut out when you least expect it, in addition to when you first light it up. Garbage, garbage, garbage!

Lump coal works best for steady temperature

Cooks food perfectly but took a few uses to figure out what coal to use for steady temps

Certainly NOT old school smoker!!! technology!!!!!

Great theory. Not sure about execution. Many misaligned screw holes/stripped screws. 4 nuts w/o instructions on where to use but easy to figure out. Does not shut itself off at end of session, alarms ring until you shut it down.
