Perfect Every Time

Great taste and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won this smoker at a banquet and have been incredibly happy with it. I regularly smoke brisket, pork butt, chicken etc. the charcoal gives it great flavor and the electric aspect makes it so simple to operate. Love it!

Great Vertical Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a year ago for my birthday and i have been very pleased with it. I have had no issues with any type of smoke I have had. I learned my lesson the hard way that you need to wait for the coals to heat up before starting it. The fan can be a little too strong and smother the heat, but once it is up and going it works awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this one for 2 years now and use it all the time I like the huge amount of cooking space. I like to do several things at the same time like salmon, pork, chicken, beef. You just have to arrange them so they don't drip on each other!:)

Best smoker I have owned- remove the guesswork

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great smoker. Easy to setup, dial in, and perfect your smoke. The size is great for even the larger slabs of brisket or ribs. I love the automated fan control. This is the best feature you can look for with a smoker. Just dial in the temperature and refill the wood/coals as needed. Love this smoker it was my very first one . Love masterbuilt quality when it came time for new grill I purchased the 1050 gravity series ! Some jerky I made in my vertical smoker

Charcoal cooking machine

Value is great IN THE BEGININNG

First one lasted almost 2 years second lasted about the same third lasted just over a year. You can probably say I used it too much. I do not have a business but enjoy smoking meats. We would use it at least once a month sometimes twice. Everything from long smokes pork butts to short smokes pork loins burgers meat loafs

Easy To Use, Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Masterbuilt 40" Charcoal Smoker has all the features I need to smoke food without having to babysit it. I set the temperature, time and know I will have a good cook.
