Broken hinge
Would Not RecommendIt was working fine but after 5th time using this smoker, the hinge broke off and it’s completely useless. I’m very disappointed and I hope Lowe’s will help me out with this. How can you spend so much money on this cheap piece of crap??

Would Not RecommendI would give this zero stars if possible. I do not like giving bad reviews but in this case I have to try to save people their money... This smoke will not control temperature at all. All probes come up with different temperatures and the control unit is junk. it does not work with the app at all. I found that it will "control temperature" to a set value if not using the app, but the probe is not accurate so when it says 225, it really means about 257. Would Not RecommendThe box is very flimsy and the bottom hinge was cracked( Very poor wield )and came off after 1 use. I've used masterbuilt products for years and was happy with the quality and am shocked to see how poorly/cheaply this was built. Item construction lacks quality. Features like temperature control doesn’t work. 20 degrees over in the first 30mn and it just keeps climbing.

So far, so good .
Working ok so far. I get a couple of errors with each startup. I have used 3 times so far. The results were very good. Some concern for the weak construction of the box. The door hinges are slightly bent from the weight of the door. Afraid to straighten it due to the weak hinge welds.

Would Not RecommendBought this unit brand new yesterday, Preseasoned it, fired it up this morning to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving everything is warping fan works when it wants to, a huge piece of junk glad I wasted my money SMH I have bought four electric smokers made by master built over the years and enjoyed them but wanted something bigger so I bought this I knew better.
