Stove hopper caught on fire. Was regularly cleaned and deep cleaned. Customer service was great but they wanted to replace parts on a damaged stove instead of replacing the entire unit or refunding it. Do not bother with this stove you will be dissatisfied

Do not buy this stove

Stay clear of this brand. Myself and countless people have had the exact same issue of the stove catching fire from new. The company will come up with 500 excuses of how it’s somehow your fault and will not replace the stove. Save yourself the hassle and save your house from burning down.

Good Stove!

We’ve only had this stove for a week, but it seems to be working well. We love that it shuts off once the room reaches a certain temperature and it seems to pretty efficient when it comes to pellets used. The only complaint I have, is the glass turns BLACK quick! Other than that, this stove is great!

Forge Master H140XL garbage

Wish I could give zero stars for this Garbage. The exhaust sensor went not even 2 weeks in, replaced and now it’s saying it’s an ignite issue. We clean this every other day. No excuses why this isn’t working. It’s a piece of junk. A little over a month and this thing has been nothing but trouble. This new technology crap is what makes it ridiculous. A friend has a really old pellet stove that runs great, we get a new one and it’s nothing but hassle. I want my money back for this hunk of junk!

Updated review. very poor build quality

So I had this product installed last week. Within the first few hours of use the Auger failed. After speaking to the after sales service support they determined that it needed a new auger motor. When attempting to replace the motor I found that the motor wasn't faulty. instead the set screw used to secure the auger motor shaft to the auger was not installed and was missing. I also found the screws holding the blower motor assembly in where cross threaded so much that they had stripped the thread...

Auger Jams constantly

just installed this product. it worked great for the first 4 hours. but after that the auger kept getting jammed. I'm using the pellets that are recommended by the manufacturer and also sold by lowes, they are fresh bags and are dry. I keep having to clear out the auger and dislodge any pellets that get stuck. I'm going to try 2 other brands of pellets and if the issue continues I'll be requesting a refund.

Sq ft range not accurate

Its states om box 800 to 1200 sq ft of heat. I have it in my living room about 300 sq ft and it barely heats it all. Would recommend when buying stove double sq ft u need

Good stove at a fair price

Easy to install. Straightforward instructions intuitive Controls. It runs very nicely. I like that I can set it to shut down between heating cycles or maintain a maintenance flame until more. Heat is Called for. I really haven’t found anything. I don’t like about the stove as of yet.

1 year review

Ok. I've had this stove now for about a year. With in the first 3 months the stove caught on fire. After going back and forth with Mr heater (the company that makes this stove) I got replacement parts. 2 weeks later it broke down again. Another month later, during the spring when I didn't need the stove anymore, I received all new internal parts. Now the stove is working good so far. The app for this stove is seriously lacking. Also when the stove is in eco 1 the stove glitches out and says it 8...

awesome

its my primary heat source and has never let me down i vac after every other day in the winter . I do a 3 hour cool down vac and then start it up for another 2 day run. This stove is a beast . Was wondering when i would need to change the burn pot but still in great shape this stove was done right.

No Issues

I've this stove 2 winters going on three. never had an issue that wasn't caused by me. cleaning out the pipe and burning good pellets is always key to having a good stove. I put b-veny through the wall and up the side of the house. this is just for a good draft to let any smoke out if it runs out of pellets when I'm not home. my ranch home is 2000 sq ft. it works to get it up to temp but when it does it has no problem keeping it there. I would recommend changing the auto clean cycle from 60 min....

It works great and was somewhat easy to install considering its in a metal garage.

I do not recommend. I had this stove for about 13 months. Turned stove off and it said it was turning off on the display. Woke up an hour later and the stove was still on and my house was full of smoke. The stove was clean and this problem was not because the stove was dirty. The tray that catches the ash was about 20% full at the most. The cup that catches the pellets was overflowing with hard charcoal. It’s like the chute that sends the pellets let two cups of pellets through at the same time....

fill house with smoke door doesnt seal well controls are confusing disapointed in this stove I put my englander back in.

#1 it was hard to get piping to fit. #2 controls are confusing to understand. #3 door doesnt seal well #4 doesnt hook up to a wall thermostat like my last pellet stove. Very disappointed in this stove. put my englander stove back in. Thankful I bought this stove on sale so I didnt pay full price.
