Absolute Garbage

Would Not Recommend

Had this stove barely over a year. I’ve had to replace parts and have had it torn apart no less than 8 times since I installed it. Only good this is it’s very easy to work on. Terrible design but simple to figure what does what. Other than that this is absolutely terrible. Spend the extra money. Seriously I wish I had.

worked for 3weeks and died

worked for for 4 weeks and and stopped producing heat. from day 1 threw codes, smelt like plastic burn had to clean evey other day tried different pellets still no heat tried calling the manufacturer/vendor and got put on hold for 3hrs and no call upto date.2weeks now lucky my pro account helped me solve the issue

master forge 140

bought for the wife and it worked great for about 3 weeks but it needs cleaning about every day now it's throwing codes and not working it's a bad design I believe they need to use this new technology before selling it to the public just a waist of money

Poor service

The stove has great features but very hard to setup. Stove says you should use hardwood pellets but they are not available on West Coast. Tried to call customer service tech support and you sit on hold for hours. I received 1 email from customer service but was no help and they never responded since. Stove keeps throwing error codes since day 1. At this time I have had the stove for 30 days and would not recommend. If you can get it fine tuned it does keep the home warm but is not any better...

We purchased this today, got it home to hook it up and found an error code on the display. We called the manufacturer and their solution was to send a new wire (room sensor). When I inquired how to install it since it runs through the stove and out the back she told me that we could just let it dangle out of the panel as long as it doesn’t touch anything! I highly doubt after spending money for a new stove that I’m going to do that. At least Lowe’s understand and took it back.

esc1 code on first day

Had the new masterforge pellet stove delivered today after 3 hours of use stove shuts off with ESC1 code. The directions are minimal to the extent of understanding what to do. Not happy with stove.

Buy Somewhere Else

Would Not Recommend

Stove seems okay but Lowes has zero support, sells this without stovepipe exhaust, you must search and find that somewhere else, and learn everything the hard way, I've bought two brands of stovepipe parts learned they're not compatible, had this stove 2 weeks now and still can't use it, still don't have what I need, no idea what to do unless I spend more than the cost of the stove, to have someone install it for me. Best to shop somewhere else where you'll get some support

we installed the stove, followed instructions and started the stove, it worked great for about 3 hours or so then the exhaust blower motor fried and smoked up our entire cabin. Called Lowes because Master Forge Company was closed on the weekend. I bought this stove a few weeks ago at Lowe's. I've had 4 to 5 pellets in my house and in my shops. This one is a great price puts out a lot of heat. Just set it and walk away it takes care of everything automatically. Whisper Quiet fan.. Very easy to clean and maintain.

Poor Pellet Parts

Would Not Recommend

First Lowes notified me that I had picked up the pellet stove. I had not. Then after unpacking, it was obvious that the pellet stove had been repackaged and I found parts missing. Lowwes customer service was no help except to give me the fabricator's phone number and told me thate it was my problem to resolve the issues with them.

More than adequately heated my studio apartment.

Keeps shutting off

Would Not Recommend

Stove keeps getting an error code ESC1 and shuts off after 40 minutes of running on highest setting, code changes to an e6. Have to wait for it to cool down before it can be restarted. Not very reasonable when the temperature never gets above 40 degrees in my shop. Trying to get any technical help is ridiculously none existent. Had it 2 months, about to take out back.
