Poor design flaw.

This is my second year using this pellets stove and it worked great..until it didn't. The auger got jammed up and there is no way to get to the auger to remove the jam. Everything is riveted so you can't access the auger to get the jam. If you're in the market for a pellets stove do yourself a favor and make sure you can access the auger to remove a jam.

Complete garbage! And dangerous!!

Had 3 fires in the hopper! Customer service wouldn’t help at all. Don’t buy MASTER FORGE!! After replacing the motherboard. Another problem arose the next week!

Smoldering hopper the second season of use

As with many of the other reviews, I had one good season with the stove. The second season, there was an overfeeding of pellets into the burn pot. I did a shut down but the overfeed continued to burn as the panel was reading "shutting down". My house filled with smoke. I realized the hopper was smoldering. Very Reliable

Love everything about this stove! We bought this stove to replace an Englander pellet stove that we bought 3 years ago. About a month after we bought the Englander we started having issues and found out that they weren’t in business anymore. Found and research this stove and we are extremely happy and satisfied with this Master Stove! Heats our house up quickly and keeps it at a nice warmth! It is a miracle for us!!!!!

Caught on fire

This stove caught on fire! Luckily, I decided to work from home for the afternoon and it’s a good thing, otherwise my rental house would’ve burned down. The entire thing caught on fire and the fire went right through the hopper. I diligently cleaned this weekly and kept up on maintenance even though the owners purchased a year ago! I’m in shock this thing is still in stores, considering all the reviews about fires! DO NOT PURCHASE!

I have had this stove for three months. I have had four smoke events and at least a dozen error codes. I clean it daily, which in itself is a ridiculous requirement for a 140# hopper stove. (Isn’t the whole point of a big hopper to be able to let it run for a few days?) I have no faith that this stove will not fail while I am away from the house, so I will be selling it and losing a lot of money just to get rid of it. Fire 🔥

Terrible! Lucky our home did not burn down. Fire started below hopper, pellets in hopper burned. If we did not return home and empty out the one year old stove and put out the fire below this could have been catastrophic.

worst purchase ever

92 days after purchase, yet less than 2 weeks after install, we get an error, can't clear it. luckily the kind folks at Lowes traded it out for the floor model... however, we get that one home, plug it in, same error! now we need to make yet another trip back to Lowes to return. this pellet stove is junk! don't do it!

Multiple Breakdowns

We bought this stove a little before Thanksgiving, so about 2 months ago. A week into December and the exhaust temperature sensor fries. Ran good for about a month and now with the cold snap coming, it is throwing a code E42, likely the vacuum sensor is bad and of course no one local carries one. This stove seems to be nothing but trouble and I wish I would have done more research, it is not what I would have spent my money on.

Dangerous

Only a matter of time before someone’s house catches fire. Can’t believe there isn’t a class action lawsuit yet. Our home just filled with smoke within 30min. Fire spread into the hopper instead of remaining contained in the burn pot.

Really good for the price!

I've seen the reviews. Maybe mine is newer and issues have been fixed IDK. This is a replacement/upgrade from my single bag Ashley pellet stove. Same price but a much much better stove. It's heavy material and quite. Fully burns the pellets to ash. My house is 1700sqft. Keeps us nice and warm. The lowest setting is really nice, doesn't burn you out of the room it's in. Been a good stove and I have 2 of them.

So I bought two of these right before last winter and got them installed, one in our bedroom and one for our upstairs. The bedroom one runs very little because it is heating a smaller area but our upstairs one is heating an 1800 Sqft area and is on all the time. I run these on eco 1 mode and just let them kick on and off as the temps drop. I have had no issues so far with either unit and only clean them once a week or so. Very noisy and Chinese App

The large hopper is the only good thing. Very noisy auger motor. So loud, it keeps me awake. Along with the pellets dropping making a tink tink noise. The temp is off by 7-10 degrees. Support is aware of the issues. I have to mention their app. It is constantly sending data 24/7 to Chinese servers. Use your iPad for safety and also see under app data.

Do not buy

Error code after error code.put it on low yet the fire would rage out of control
