love the stove, very similar to my pleasant hearth

this is a very heavy stove and is very similar to my 10 year old pleasant hearth stove I just retired. Ash pot and baffles are exact and also hold 120 pounds of pellets. very happy so far, very very quite, love the Bluetooth wifi connection!! I highly recommend this!!

DELIVERY

I was very disappointed with the delivery of my pellet stoves i asked the driver to put in a secure place on the front porch. He was snotty and seemed like a bad mood. He abrubtly said NO he couldnt do that.. He just dropped the 2 pellett stoves in driveway behind a truck that was parked there. I asked him just to move away mfrom truck he said NO... I have a elderly husband and if he had to b e taken to hospital I wouldnt have benn able to get truck out because of the stoves in back of tr...

Master Forge Unreliable

The Master Forge H140XL worked great for the first year, then it stopped working and I cannot find anyone who services them.

Garbage

This pellet stove is garbage. Sensors, igniters, fans, control panel. I’ve cleaned or replaced them all. In fact my 2nd igniter just went after one season. It’s a pain to work on. It’s a simple design anyone with some mechanical ability can fix it but you have to take apart the entire thing to replace anything on it. Pay the extra money get a better more expensive one. This thing is garbage. Customer service is terrible. Impossible to get ahold of anyone or get decent information. They just send...

Fills my house with smoke

I have had it for going on 3 days now and it keeps filling my house with smoke at random times.. Everything is hooked up properly, no blockages in the pipe, adjusted the settings and I woke at 3:30 am to my smoke alarm going off. The "after hours" customer service number proceeds to tell me its after hours 🤦‍♀️ I'm at a loss; I don't know what else to do

02/10/24 Installation is standard, Heats Great ! I have it set on P3 medium, the heat output is consistent and maintains setpoint without any issues, even on the lowest fan speed (whisper quiet). Less ash than my last stove of 14yrs. at 1/2 the price. The Instructions for setup of controls should be written clearer such as: ECO and other settings can't be changed while in stove is heating, No room temp reading on LCD display, I want to know what the "password" is the control asks for? Masterforce pellet stove

It seems like a good deal, it’s not, the settings on the stove are very flaky, the directions do not show you how to change how or when it turns on after you use either set eco mode 1 or 2, could be much better with better control

Great machine

Love the fact that I can load this machine just twice a week instead of every day like my old unit.

OK BUT

WIFI WORKS GREAT but when i redid my router i lost the wifi and no where on the manual does it show a rest button . every where i look it tells you to unplug it then plug it back in then hit the reset but there is NO REST BUTTON VERY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST .If it had a reset button 5 stars all day long but alas no reset button so it lost 2 stars for that .

Won't work on highest setting for long. Unreliable

It worked fine for a few days but then I started getting error codes whenever I ran it on the highest setting. I can run it all day on the lower settings, however, these are too low to warm up the house on days at or below freezing. I contacted the manufacturer 4 times. They advised me to change the settings, sent me replacement sensors, advised me to change the settings again and then just said sometimes they'll shut off when they get too hot. So far it is amazing.

Going on two weeks, and so far, it has been AMAZING. I downloaded the app, set up a program to run. It turns on and off throughout the day and night. This is almost as easy as having HVAC system, ( we do ) at a fraction of the cost to run it. Plus, this stove warms our house more than the hvac system. We have 1800 sf home, still need to upgrade our singlepane windows, but this stove runs on P4 and keeps our home in the mid 70s. So far I have no complaints, it is a little confusing learning/adjus...
