Would Recommendthis is a very heavy stove and is very similar to my 10 year old pleasant hearth stove I just retired. Ash pot and baffles are exact and also hold 120 pounds of pellets. very happy so far, very very quite, love the Bluetooth wifi connection!! I highly recommend this!!

Would Not RecommendThis pellet stove is garbage. Sensors, igniters, fans, control panel. I’ve cleaned or replaced them all. In fact my 2nd igniter just went after one season. It’s a pain to work on. It’s a simple design anyone with some mechanical ability can fix it but you have to take apart the entire thing to replace anything on it. Pay the extra money get a better more expensive one. Fills my house with smoke
Would Not RecommendI have had it for going on 3 days now and it keeps filling my house with smoke at random times.. Everything is hooked up properly, no blockages in the pipe, adjusted the settings and I woke at 3:30 am to my smoke alarm going off. Would Recommend02/10/24 Installation is standard, Heats Great ! I have it set on P3 medium, the heat output is consistent and maintains setpoint without any issues, even on the lowest fan speed (whisper quiet). Less ash than my last stove of 14yrs. at 1/2 the price. OK BUT
Would RecommendWIFI WORKS GREAT but when i redid my router i lost the wifi and no where on the manual does it show a rest button . every where i look it tells you to unplug it then plug it back in then hit the reset but there is NO REST BUTTON VERY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST .If it had a reset button 5 stars all day long but alas no reset button so it lost 2 stars for that .

Won't work on highest setting for long. Unreliable
Would Not RecommendIt worked fine for a few days but then I started getting error codes whenever I ran it on the highest setting. I can run it all day on the lower settings, however, these are too low to warm up the house on days at or below freezing. I contacted the manufacturer 4 times. So far it is amazing.
Would RecommendGoing on two weeks, and so far, it has been AMAZING. I downloaded the app, set up a program to run. It turns on and off throughout the day and night. This is almost as easy as having HVAC system, ( we do ) at a fraction of the cost to run it. Plus, this stove warms our house more than the hvac system. We have 1800 sf home, still need to upgrade our singlepane windows, but this stove runs on P4 and keeps our home in the mid 70s.
