Garbage

large hopper advertised but you have to shut it down and vacuum it daily. I've only burned 3.5 tons of pellets through it and it started burning funny. So take unit fully apart to see side panel is damage, screws not seated, odd. Vacuum unit, pull flu and was amazed at the build up from only 3.5 tons of pellets. There's no noticeable difference in the burn settings, P1-P4, regardless it will eat pellets. Put unit back together and now it's throwing an eso3 code which renders the unit useles...

Unfortunate Hazard

A pellet stove is amazing. This pellet stove is very unfortunate. When installing this stove, there was a small tag that said a slight odor may be present because of overspray etc. it recommended firing the stove a few hours outside, if possible. I took this to mean it was optional. No! It filled my house with toxic smoke. All smoke alarms went off. I had to evacuate my kids and safely shutdown the stove, and exposing me to this smoke. Don’t buy it…

Drove 3 hours to buy this. Install was easy, fired up good. After about 2 hours it thermally locked out. After a 24 hr cool down the fan wouldn’t run. Not happy. Don’t buy this thing.

Absolute garbage!!!!

Do not waste your money or your time buying this piece of crap stove. It eats through pellets like crazy and barely heats your home. This is my second pellet stove in my home, and I would rather buy something used versus this new aged garbage!!!

Upset Customer with a 3000 dust collector

Would Not buy Master Forge from Lowe’s or anything thing.once you buy it they WILL NOT help I even called Master Forge no help there thanks for the 3000 dollars dust collector Just what I needed

horrible delivery

strove was delivered by a 3rd party who told me they don't even bring it in the house! so now I got a stove in front of my house with no way to bring it in the house! now I see why it was free delivery! 😠😠

If you like to take apart things and put them back together this is the stove for you. I purchased this stove in November of 2023 and live in South Eastern Arizona where the thing doesn’t see much use. Probably have burned 100 bags of pellets. About every 5 bags of pellets we get the E5 code. I have bought every kind of pellet available in the area and doesn’t seem to matter. I also vacuum and clean the stove prior to every use. Poor design flaw.

This is my second year using this pellets stove and it worked great..until it didn't. The auger got jammed up and there is no way to get to the auger to remove the jam. Everything is riveted so you can't access the auger to get the jam. If you're in the market for a pellets stove do yourself a favor and make sure you can access the auger to remove a jam.

Very Reliable

Love everything about this stove! We bought this stove to replace an Englander pellet stove that we bought 3 years ago. About a month after we bought the Englander we started having issues and found out that they weren’t in business anymore. Found and research this stove and we are extremely happy and satisfied with this Master Stove! Heats our house up quickly and keeps it at a nice warmth! It is a miracle for us!!!!!

I have had this stove for three months. I have had four smoke events and at least a dozen error codes. I clean it daily, which in itself is a ridiculous requirement for a 140# hopper stove. (Isn’t the whole point of a big hopper to be able to let it run for a few days?) I have no faith that this stove will not fail while I am away from the house, so I will be selling it and losing a lot of money just to get rid of it. worst purchase ever

92 days after purchase, yet less than 2 weeks after install, we get an error, can't clear it. luckily the kind folks at Lowes traded it out for the floor model... however, we get that one home, plug it in, same error! now we need to make yet another trip back to Lowes to return. this pellet stove is junk! don't do it!
