Not bad. it works. gets really hot. pain to find 3 inch stove pipe stuff to adapt to my old 6 inch chimney thimble but that would be for any pellet stove. wish it had battery backup but the next closest one I found that had a battery back was 1k more....I can make a battery backup for it for under 200 with inverter and power supply. Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I bought this stove a few months ago. The stove is hard to program. The directions are very vague on programming the stove. We are having some of the coldest temperatures we have had all year in colorado and now the stove is showing a E6 code and shutting off when I need it the most. Have not been able to get ahold of customer service. I have had plenty of pellet stoves in the past and I do not recommend buying this one.

Either I am dumb or not getting the right information, however I was just told that I need to clean my Masterforge 2500 every day. In fact should consider every 12 hours. This was from tech support that I just hung up with. And they are helpful, but I never would have bought this stove if I had to clean it every day. I think once a week is more like it if I run it 24x7. And I try to run it on a temperature control, so in theory in burns economically. I was shocked. I do not recall reading...

Overall a good purchase

The specs from Lowes are misleading. This stove does not have an ash drawer, but does have an air washing cleaning. Hard to fine tune. Blower not strong.

don't buy this pellet stove

I got this pellet stove installed got it lit and working around 6pm got home around 6 the next day shut it off vacuum up what I could in my new heat resistant vacuum which burnt up my filters turned back on couple hours later started smoking so I shut it off said shutting off on display. next thing I know wake up around 11 n my house was completely ingolfed with smoke I couldn't see to the other side of a 10' room. so I call the company send the pictures. and the tell me that no way that's all ...

Absolute Garbage

Had this stove barely over a year. I’ve had to replace parts and have had it torn apart no less than 8 times since I installed it. Only good this is it’s very easy to work on. Terrible design but simple to figure what does what. Other than that this is absolutely terrible. Spend the extra money. Seriously I wish I had.

worked for 3weeks and died

worked for for 4 weeks and and stopped producing heat. from day 1 threw codes, smelt like plastic burn had to clean evey other day tried different pellets still no heat tried calling the manufacturer/vendor and got put on hold for 3hrs and no call upto date.2weeks now lucky my pro account helped me solve the issue

bought for the wife and it worked great for about 3 weeks but it needs cleaning about every day now it's throwing codes and not working it's a bad design I believe they need to use this new technology before selling it to the public just a waist of money

Poor service

The stove has great features but very hard to setup. Stove says you should use hardwood pellets but they are not available on West Coast. Tried to call customer service tech support and you sit on hold for hours. I received 1 email from customer service but was no help and they never responded since. Stove keeps throwing error codes since day 1. At this time I have had the stove for 30 days and would not recommend. If you can get it fine tuned it does keep the home warm but is not any better...

We purchased this today, got it home to hook it up and found an error code on the display. We called the manufacturer and their solution was to send a new wire (room sensor). When I inquired how to install it since it runs through the stove and out the back she told me that we could just let it dangle out of the panel as long as it doesn’t touch anything! I highly doubt after spending money for a new stove that I’m going to do that. At least Lowe’s understand and took it back.
