Lux Touch Screen Programmable Thermostat

The Lux Touch Screen Thermostat is easy to program and easy to understand. It shows you the set temperature and actual temperature at the same time as the picture shows. Its easy to read. I have tried the hold function it held the temperature to within 1 degree for a week. You can also set the temperature swing 1 or 2 degrees. I really like this thermostat and highly recommend it.

This Lux digital thermostat was so easy to install. Marked my wires before I removed them from my old thermostat (which was manual and stuck in the 80s)..matched them up to the corresponding numbered screw connections on the Lux, put in a battery and you're good to go. Saved myself a $60 service call charge from an electrician. Now I am marveling at the Lux's soft blue glow and ease of programming. Programmable Thermostat with many good features

I have replaced six thermostats in various rooms over the years and this Lux unit is by far my favorite. It is much easier to program than other 7-day programmable units (from other manufacturers) that I have used. The programming is very intuitive, whereas I struggled with complicated printed instructions on other units; all being done on a touch screen adds to the convenience. Nice Entry Level Thermostat

Not a smart thermostat but good for programming in multiple days in and easy to use. Wiring was a little tricky but that comes with hooking up to old systems.

Love the adjustable swing setting

Have a new unit less than 6 months old that controls A/C for the master suite. Contractor put in to big of a unit at 2 tons, should have been 1 1/2 tons or so. The Honeywell thermostat they installed had a fixed differential setting of +-1 degree. This caused the unit to start and stop a lot which I don’t like. I purchased this thermostat to replace a Lux 1000 that I had installed around 1993. The reviews were very mixed (high & low) on the internet even though it was recommended by Consumer Reports. easy hook up good value

Needed to replace older thermostat that went bad. Pick this one based on reviews and price. Install was easy just follow the pics. Make sure to turn off power.Follow wiring diagram. Add 2 batteries program to your needs and turn power back on. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was wiring block was smaller than I thought slightly difficult with large hands. I would buy this product again.
