Not satisfied at all with this LG Washer purchase and wish I could get a refund. Goes off balance frequently and has increased my water bill due to refilling. That, and the top cover has a loud cracking sound when opening after it sits idle for more than 2-hours. Not recommended as a reliable product purchase.

A Good Machine at a Good Price
Would RecommendI like the oversized tub along with the high efficiency. It was easy to learn how to use it. The one disappointment is that it makes more noise than the materials said it would - not horribly noisy, but more than I had thought.

Great drier!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this drier about a month ago, and have been so pleased with it! At 5'2", I had troubles with our last drier getting clothes out - I needed a long kitchen tongs to reach down so far! This one has great capacity, is quiet, cleans thoroughly, and I can get my laundry out easily! We got it at a great price as well!

Would RecommendThe only thing I didn't like was that I had to get on You Tube to figure out how to use it. Nobody showed me and with having an older washer I had no idea how they have changed over the years. I do like the washer. It's very quiet and seems to do a great job cleaning my clothes. Once you know how to use it, it's a very nice product. It's not anything difficult to understand, very easy to use
