Uncomplicated with reasonable size tub

We haven’t had the washer long enough to properly review. So far, so good after 3 loads of laundry! We chose this machine to replace our 14-year-old LG impeller top load. We deliberately avoided the next generation up WiFi machines - why use a nosey tracking app when you can just turn a knob and press a couple buttons!

Would Not Recommend

It uses around 40 gallons of hot water just to clean the tub for 72 minutes and less water to clean the clothes on a normal cycle. It adds additional water to the wash cycle 3 minutes before the wash cycle ends. Fabric softener is always leftover in the softener compartment. I get more use from the detergent from handwashing than the machine. This is the worst machine I have even used.

Stopped working after 1 year (1 year warranty)

The washer stopped working on the wash cycle after 1 year. The Company would not replace, they advised I had it too long. A year is not a long time, especially 3 weeks after the warranty expires. I am just out done with this machine, and based on my experience I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Quiet and works great. Love the glass top, you can see what's going on inside the washer. The impeller agitator is a must have.

My machine lasted 3.5 years and then the clutch went out. I am very careful with my appliances because I know they don't last like the older ones did. Only washed small loads and took heavy bedding to the laundromat in hopes my washer would last. Sadly, it did not. There are no replacement parts available even though the machine fairly new. I am so glad I purchased the extended warranty, or I would just be out of luck and out of pocket for a new washer.

after 2.5 years

generally happy with this machine, but about 2 weeks ago problems started. I now have to unplug the machine and plug it back in to get it to work, so already need service. disappointing but seems to be the norm with every brand after reading so many reviews. my mom's old Kenmore lasted over a decade

Concerns About Washing Performance and Cleanliness

We bought this washer a couple of weeks ago, and after using it several times, I wanted to share some feedback. Overall, the washer is very nice—it's beautiful, and it runs smoothly. However, I do have a few concerns. On the Normal setting, the initial display shows 76 minutes, but within the first minute the time suddenly drops to 54 minutes, and I’m not sure why that happens. Also, during the Normal cycle, the water level seems very low, and the clothes on top don’t turn or move to the bottom...

Do not recommend

This washer was purchased early 2024. The first year it was fine. However, the "smart" feature no longer detects the load size correctly and each load must be monitored to be sure there is enough water for the clothes. The spin cycle also periodically will not stop, so that has to be watched also. With the warranty, the control board and suspension rods have been replaced, but the washer still has to be monitored. I would never purchase this model again, or any other model without an agita...

Washer does not seem as sturdy as previous model.
