Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer about a month ago. So far we are very happy with this product. Not having a center agitator is something new to us. It has worked great.

So far, it’s all good

I have a top-loader with an impeller. First, I love the window that lets me see how well the washer is filling, rinsing and spinning. The machine is easy to use and does a good job with every load I’ve washed so far, even my hand made queen size quilt did not result in an unbalanced load. The big test will come tomorrow when I wash some heavy throw rugs.

So far, this thing has been phenomenal. I replaced a 20 something year old washer with this thing and I've had it for about a year now and it hasn't made a peep. I keep the unit clean and it keeps my clothes clean. Pro: great space, I can fit a comforter and other laundry in here. Not bad Con: the top lid feels flimsy and I don't put anything on top of it. My old washer was built like artillery and I probably could've kept a lawn mower on top of it if I felt like it.

Great size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the washer a month. Size is good for a family of 4, however the unit is a little loud.

Highly Recommend

First time with LG Appliances and so far, so good! I never had a washer without an agitator, I like it. I also like the clear top so I can see inside, very cool! There's just one thing I don't understand... I don't see where I can select the load size which would determine how much water goes in. I'm going to assume the washer automatically determines that based on the weight of the load? I've read the manual several times looking for that and couldn't find it. That's another plus, it a...

Don't Buy LG

after having my LG washer and dryer for one month they both stopped working. I'm on week 7 and they are still not fixed. They have been out to look but each time they bring a part that doesn't fix the problem . I will never by a LG again absolutely the worse and the customer service is also horrible. Please help.

Great for large families!

We bought this washer due to having a larger drum. We are a family of 7 and this helps cut down the amount of loads done. It also self adjusting for the time and leaves clothes feeling so clean!

Doesn't include drip tray, told us it did.

Happy with the washer!

Short shelf life

Works well

This washer works well. I like that the water level can be adjusted.

After the year of warranty was up the washer stopped working. I thought I bought warranty for the washer but it was put on the dryer. When we bought the warranty we thought it covered both by the way it was worded but that's my fault for not understanding. Payed $100 to have it checked and it will cost about $500 to repair so that almost the cost of this washer. As of now it's just sitting while I try to fix it myself. Just bad luck for me I guess.
