A Workhorse That Goes On and On.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the exact same washer I bought ten years ago. A real workhorse without any issues. My husband washes a great deal of clothes himself and when our ten year old LG said "goodbye", we went right out and got the same exact one. It is updated in visual appearance but hopefully we will get the same Great Service we had with the last LG.

Do not buy this machine. I repeat. Do not buy this machine. It does not fully clean. Will create higher water costs. Couldn't be more disappointed. Frustrated that I didn't research it better before. Again, do not purchase this machine

Better if it pulled all laundry under the water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous front-load LG washer that lasted 28 years. This one unfortunately does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side. I have to push the laundry under the water by pausing the wash, then start it up again. The same problem happens with rinsing, it does not pull all the laundry under the water, but instead moves it side to side.

Solid top-loading HE washing machine.
Would RecommendI like that it's top loading. The high efficiency part takes some getting used to. It is easy to adjust cycles to use more water, which is the answer to making sure loads get clean. There are a lot of dials and choices, and the guide is helpful for understanding how to get the most from the washer. Keep it close. It has more efficient and faster cycles than my old top loading non high efficiency washer it replaced.

Would RecommendVery happy with this washing machine. Got great Consumer Reports review. Glass lid & LED timer make it easy to see status of wash cycle. Quiet & spin cycle is low in vibration. This is impeller style so large items (blankets, sheets, towels) fit easier.

Not a rock star, but got good CR ratings
Would RecommendWobbles a bit more than my older more expensive LG, I wonder if this bleach dispenser will rust like it was prone to do on previous models (Google it...) LG will pester you by email about installing their ThinQ app, and when you do you find out it doesn't work with this model.
