Washer works delivery was perfect
Would RecommendKnew the washer would work just fine. However, most people just deliver your stuff and leave however the crew they sent over looked over every inch before leaving making sure everything was free of dents or scratches. They made sure I was all set on supplies and also asked if I needed help with anything else. I have never had someone be this kind when delivering a product. Very happy. I’ll definitely be using their delivery service again.

Would Not RecommendOrdered this washer, got it home and hooked it up. First part of wash cycle went ok, then nothing - the drain function was inoperative. Called LG and within a few minutes they confirmed the unit was defective. I'm sure I just got a defective unit but not a great experience. Had to pull all the wet clothes out and drain by hand. I swapped out for another model (also LG) and that one worked w/o issue. Lowe's picked up the failed washer and processed the return since the unit was brand new. Ove...

Would RecommendI love the size and capability to handle lage loads i have a family of 5 with 3 athletes who change multiple times a day and it does amazing. I dont lobe that my model doesnt have the smart technology even though at first look you would think so.

My top loading LG washing machine hasn’t work
I purchased the LGWT 7000 C, I haven’t been able to wash my clothes since the purchase. It’s about a week old. It doesn’t drain properly. The spin cycle doesn’t work, it doesn’t drain properly even when I put it just on spin cycle it doesn’t spin fast enough to drain the clothing. I troubleshoot it everything I can on my end. It was professionally installed. I don’t know what to do.

Items break but company response was poor
Purchased this in August of 2023 and exactly 12 months after purchase my house was flooded due to cut-off valve malfunction. Issue has since been fixed and is currently working fine but it took weeks to get it resolved and only after following up with LG multiple times a week. It shouldn't take a month to resolve an issue when the part arrived within 4 days after issue was diagnosed. Hopefully no more issues but time will tell. Based on recent experience giving 2 stars is probably generous.
