Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Whirlpool washer, front loader also, that I had purchased about 12 years ago. This machine is 10 times better. The machine gets most of the water out of the clothes compared to the previous washer.

Wouldn’t recommend

I didn’t go “top of the line”when buying my machine and I’m not that happy. While spinning, it whines, it is very loud. It uses so little water, I don’t think it’s enough to actually clean the clothes, though my husband and I don’t have really dirty stuff. Very unsatisfactory delivery and installation process.

Well built construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs Quiet! Easy to use.. My last washer & dryer was an LG product also .. After almost 11 years of use the LG units still ran well.. Ended up giving them to a family of 4 who needed one .. My new washer & dryer is an LG.. In fact most of my appliances are LG. I find LG a very dependable Company..

Nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago, it’s hard to regulate the refrigerator part, only has three stars for settings always seems to be running, handles are not aligned, one drawer sticks, delivery people not very competent. delivered without all the drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine.. it is quiet, easy to use and for some reason, it makes my clothes smell cleaner and fresher than any other washing machine I have ever used. That is what I love the most. My mom told me it would and she was right!

Smart washer and dryer!

It chooses the settings for you, and yet you can also change it a little if you want, like extra rinse, or less time than it set for etc. I also love the pre-wash setting which I usually use eludesignvery time. And I also love the quick wash--15 minutes for a small light load! I just love everything about my new LG appliances.

Not as wonderful as my first lg front load

Two days, two loads, 10 times leveling. Washer gets to "spin" and "walked" so far, it not only pushed up the carpet 3 feet but the machine unplugged itself. My first lg front load washer was great for almost 10 yrs. The bearings went out and they quoted $600 to replace all bearings AND I'd have to take the machine to them, leave it for a week, then go pick it up. Cheaper to buy a new one. This model is not the one. Impossible to level OR the drum is just off kilter. See the photo shows how far ...

Quite, less water = clean clothes

Love the quick wash setting!

Saving energy, water, and our clothes!

It’s treating our clothes and all household textile so well, no more fading and snagging like the old machine did. It runs super quiet and has a sweet jingle to let us know when it’s done!

Best one so far !

I lived with a friend for a few years and his job need him to move to diferent states and we use diferent washer and dryers brands, at least 4 diferent ones. Now that I got my own place decide to buy a brand new one and pay a little extra to last many years. Was the best decision I did. Very happy with both LG washer and dryer.. !!

Great washer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a few weeks now and it has handles everything beautiful from my delicate knits to my farmer husbands greasy, muddy work clothes. I've washed queen size quilts and bulky cotton rugs without a single issue. Up until now I had only used a conventional wringer washer so this is a wonderful upgrade. Looking forward to lower energy bills and lower detergent bills as well.

Fantastic washer

This washer is great. Quiet, and does a wonderful job auto-balancing and cleaning. It does take some time to adjust before it’s final spin cycle and stays at “7 min” sometimes when it’s a large or difficult to balance load. It’s done an amazing job for the 2 weeks I’ve had it and hasn’t damaged my clothes or leaked at all.
