No one came to fix it as scheduled, it cannot hold many cloths at all and has broken many times, when it works its great.

Frustrating! A dryer should DRY!

I've had this dryer for a year and I really don't like it. Clothes are not dry using the auto setting. They are wrinkled. The wrinkle guard setting has to be set each and every time. After running the auto dry, reset it to time dry for 20 minutes to get clothes dry. I really regret buying this and I so wanted to like it. The one thing it used to do that was helpful was coordinate with the washer cycle so perm press wash was set to perm press dry automatically. That doesn't work anymore.

Fixing front load washer

Noisy

This washer was already in the house that I bought. It is on the 2nd floor of the house and can be heard on the 1st & 2nd floors of the house. It is super noisy! Is this typical? Is there a way to stop all the noise?

Very disappointed in this washer!

This washing machine will not get your clothes clean. It does not use enough water to get your clothes completely wet even with the Water Plus cycle. When I take dark shirts out of the washer after running a full cycle, they still have dry spots on them. How can my clothes be clean if they are not even totally wet! Loving mine so far

Good - not Great

About every 3rd wash it will leak from underneath, about one (1) cup of water. We have had tech out - "mushroom valve clogged" too much detergent. Interestingly, we use LESS detergent than the manual (and on-line LG specs) recommend. Pathetic...

Good Appliance, but High Maintenance

Works well in most cases, price was right and reputation of LG carries allot, however the Washer is High Maintenance. You have to leave the washer door open when the machine is not in use or mold will build up around the washer seal. Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three years ago after previously having two other LG front loaders. I like the option of adding extra water to the load and choosing added wash times. I find it cleans my laundry really well.

Reliable
