My Second LG Front-Loader and It's Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the LG3270 is great. It replaces a LG2301 that was a premier product. After one month there are some features that are yet to be used, but I always use WaterPlus because I like to see more water than without it. Loads come out very clean and don't seem beat up, and they are always ultra dry after the high rpm spin cycle. Wash times are long but tolerable. Caution: if you overload the machine to cram more wash in a single load y...

Cleans well but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and stacked with the matching dryer. It makes an awful noise on spin cycle. Front cover clangs and it has no real repair other than buying a different machine

Easy and Efficient

So far this has been an incredibly easy and efficient machine to use. It does a great job and gets things clean with minimum water usage. The spin cycle is ridiculously fast so just be prepared for that; this is the reason it is essential that it sits level. But so far I’m super happy with this washer!

Clean clothes!

Everyone told me that I wasn’t going to like a front loader but I listened to consumer reports and decided to try it. It is wonderful. We live on a farm so the dirt is well ground in to my husbands clothes but they come out cleaner than ever before. I love the soap dispenser too because it is so easy to always use the correct amount. I love my new washer!!!

Seems to work pretty nicely. It is slower than the old time top loader, But I'm not using any where near as much water as I used to.

Loud spinning sounds unbalanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for about 2 months now. I like it for its easy and mostly quiet operation. The downside is that 4 out if 5 times it is very loud during the spin cycle as though it is out of balance. This started with the 2nd load... I have read other teviews with the same issue. The main reason I bought this particular machine was because the depth of the machine was under 30 inches and fit well into my laundry “closet” - hard to find ...

This machine clean clothes better than my previous washer, and it wrings out more water, making it easier to dry

Great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago and it's been working great. I cannot believe how quiet it is! It's ridiculous :). Also, whatever voodoo anti wobble tech they've put in it actually works! You can hear it start to rock, but over 10 sec or so it just stops moving around. It's awesome! Plus it cleans super well

Happy so far!

We were able to get this washer the same day that our old one broke. I was so happy, because we have a large family and do a lot of laundry. We’ve had it a couple of weeks, and it’s been good so far. The drum is very roomy. It’s also very quiet when it’s running.

Worst machine I've used in 40 years

It barely puts any water in the cycle, so it just mashes your damp clothes together for over an hour. Not bad if you don't mind nubby clothes after two washings. Absolute worst machine I've ever had.

Perfect Fit

My laundry space was tight so finding a unit that would fit that as well as our needs was difficult. I am so happy with my choice. It has been a little over a month - pleased with wash, drying and noise level, which is very little. The delivery was so smooth - LG has done well with this unit and its matching dryer

Two machines broke in less than a year

Purchase July 1st 2017 my new home was not ready till the end of August. First. Washer was banging so bad it sounded like the drum was going to take off. Made a service appointment no one showed or called on December 22nd December 29th store cancelled again no repairman. January 18th repairman came and had to order parts. Several mechanical issues. Called and visited the store several times called LG with no help. Finally spoke with the manager on February 5th he sent a new washer. Now it is Aug...
