Have had nothing but problems with this washer. Drain pump has had to be replaced 5 times in the past 24 months. Buy a different brand.

Front Load Washer WM3270CW

I have had this washer 3 years... its noisy and started leaking from underneath. I don't recommend this appliance at all. I did not even feel it was worth getting a repair man out - as I have been disappointed from the beginning with all my LG appliances. Bought an amana and it is quiet and works great. Don't waste your money on LG.

Nothing but problems

Will last barely two years. Seals leak. Bearings wear out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the washer and dryer 2 years ago. I have already had to have the washer repaired (no warranty) on the repair! The dryer is rusting inside and the enamel Is peeling frm around the front! Highly disappointed and will never purchase an LG washer or dryer again.

Been without our wonderful LG washer since June. Really do miss it. Hope to win this $500 Will really help get another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased 3 years ago along with the extended warranty and so glad i did ,the pump went out 2 times but the warranty covered the entire expense and was a quick fix very little down time, if it can handle my family it can handle anything, just sorry i let my warranty run out the next fix is on me.

Super-quiet, efficient washer

Great except for seal collects gunk

Very Good Performance Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In four years, only one issue has arisen. Recently the machine was not producing enough water for a wash. I called LG support, and after a long call we decided to use the Water Plus button on every wash. This is working -- I don't know if it's a fix, or just a workaround, but it's working! Otherwise, very satisfied with this machine.

Advice from LG NOT good

Called for info. What does the word BULKY mean in size/weight to wash? Was told that the dog cover for Love Seat could be washed. NOT. The washer did not extract the suds and did not stop spinning. I finally shut down. Dealt with the mess by HAND

LEAKS CONSTANTLY - would not recommend

The problem is, at least once a week we find the washer has a massive leak from the bottom. It seems to happen more often with larger loads (bedding/towels/etc), but it happens with small loads occasionally too. BUYER BEWARE

They used junk screws to hold this unit together. The counterweight fell off. All four screws had sheared off. Techs say not worth it to repair.

Do Not Buy

I have had this washer for about 6 years. We have noticed that the seal is leaking, holds mildew in the soap dispenser and also the bearings just went bad. I will not buy another front loader again

Life span = two years tops

We bought this washer two years ago. For the most part, we were happy with it until a few months ago when we started getting error codes on a regular basis. Our appliance technician is completely baffled as to what the problem is. Apparently, the error code indicates an issue with a sensor that isn't a feature on this particular model. Used machine

Got the washer from lowes delivered. Before I set it up I noticed the little access panel on the front to gain easy access to the trap. Low and behold before I have even turned on the water there is water in the trap. After calling LG and confirming they do not and never run water to test these,I realize I have got a used machine. Called Lowes and still waiting for answer.Will update review later when I find out what Lowes is willing to do.

No way is Life is Good with this washer

Bought this machine(wm3270cw) over 15 months ago. Had issues with all the water draining from the dump. When i called and ask I was told to reduce the amount of soap. Well the warranty is up and the water pump died. Looked at the videos to replace the pump. Not an easy job and so not worth calling a repair man for a 2 hour job which if designed properly, it should only be less than an hour. Last LG appliance in my house.
