This isn’t your best choice for the money

It looks good and you can not hear it run, it takes for ever to wash a load,you better start it in the morning they will be ready around noon. For the money it’s not worth it!!!!

Got this LG washerwith cold water technology and so far it’s been great.. THUMBS UP!!!!.. I got a warranty this time around and let’s just see how far and how good the services will be if there’s any issues .. I pray there will be none. Thanks LG for making it a great washer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance because I know the reputation, since I own an Appliance Repair company, I’ve never had any major issues with these brands other than minor issues, so when it was time to upgrade I thought practical and sensible as far as my family needs, and so far so good, waiting for my dryer that’s on back order, but otherwise it’s pretty decent

I never realized how loud my old washer was until I got the new one. My only complaint is the Apple app does not work very well. Features were removed from the app. The Android app works great and has more features..

Best washer and dryer I have ever used!

Have Been Disappointed as I expect more.

I was sure I'd love it but have found myself being frustrated. It seems I can only use the high spin setting or the clothes come up heavy with water. Then they don't dry well. It cleans fine and I'm not as frustrated with the washer as I am with the dryer.

Amazingly quiet and thorough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely impressed by the quiet of the unit and the stability of the spin cycle, once the cycle stuck on 6 min remaining for an extended period, once cleared it worked great as always, I would recommend this unit to anyone, it does fantastic cleaning and is super quiet ! We love everything about it.

Not enough time to tell if the unit is working well or not, I can say that it is very heavy but it is easy to level.

LG WM3270CW works great so far

Larger than previous front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had for 2 weeks and works well. Much bigger than my fridgedaire front loader. Was a bit tricky to get it level so it didn’t vibrate so much, but now it is fine. Have matching dryer so the heights are the same. Like the magnetic hold door open feature so that the drum dries out between washings.

First front loading washer

DOA washer, LG Support SUCKS! Don't buy LG!

I installed the washer, leaked during first load. Called support after 30 min they say best they can do is have a tech come out in 6 days. 15 min on hold and again best they can do is 6 days. Not sure who is in charge of support but if I had a product leaking on arrival I would have someone fix it that day. Told manager and support that if it was not earlier then 6 day I was going to return the washer and dryer competing manufacture product. NEVER purchasing another LG product again. Tha...

Not recommended. This washer is loud and does not clean white clothes. Put them in soiled. Take them out soiled. Wish I could get my money back. Never buy another one.
