The washing machine flooded my home on two different occasions. LG was supposed to reach out to pay for the temperature is made I still haven’t heard a thing

Was Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get my 1st front loader. My basement had just been remodeled & I had a pretty laundry area. A little over 2 years later the machine sounded like a jet propelled engine! The ball bearings had failed & it’s in need of a big overhaul. Thanks to My extended warranty I am getting a replacement for free!!

Good machine but needs some instructions

Just give me basic instruction of 1, 2, 3... I like the code registration idea but the process wouldn’t actually register it. Fix that please

THE ABSOLUTE BEST WASHER WE'VE EVERY OWNED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so impressed with the ability of this machine to produce perfectly washed clothes and adjust itself to the loads which can vary greatly. The mini washer at the bottom is great for small loads like ladies' undergarments and saves a lot of water.

Makes lots of noise

Works extremely well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this since the end of 2020. So glad I chose this to replace an 11 year old machine that had died. This model had justified the excellent reviews I read before purchasing it. So far, I have no complaints. Just wish I had bought it sooner.

Super Washer

Stink alert

I am so disappointed. I replaced an old front load washing machine that had some rust and was 10 years old. This new system retains water, stinks if I don’t run a clean cycle once a month and regularly empty the retained water after cycles. It’s much more work to look after than the old machine I had. Apparently the water retention and smell is a problem with this and many models of current home use front load washing machines.

Washer and Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 13 months ago and installed on May 2nd, the washer runs well but seems to make loud noises when transitioning between functions - wash, rinse, spin. It has difficulty with completing the cycle with bedding. The dryer makes a vibrating noise in the middle of the various drying cycles.

IT QUIETER

Excellent Performance

All our laundry is perfectly washed, from baby clothes to Dad’s work clothes. The settings are easy to use and the cycles are very quiet. We are very satisfied!

It is easy to use. I hope it lasts for while.I haven’t really used the WiFi part of it, but that might be a benefit to someone.

Awful

We bought this little over a year ago and the one that we had before it for 10 years or 12 years this doesn't compare to it this is pure junk. And we do believe that our salesperson sold us an outdated discontinued washer disgusting.

A solid performer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After more than a month, I’ve used most of its features and found it superb in all settings, specially the allergenic and sanitizing functions. Wash times are a bit longer, but it’s hyper spin speed and quiet operation make it easy to live with.

Best feature filled washer at the price range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this appliance well over a year ago and it's still going strong with no issues. My previous washer would leave clothes damp and almost soaking. With this washer, clothes come out cleaner and less soaked because of a better spin cycle leading to reduced energy consumption on my dryer side.

Prior version of this machine was better

We've had this washing machine for one year. At my prior house I had a 2-3 year older version of this machine which was much better. In this newer more-expensive version, LG dumbed down the controls, making it difficult or impossible for a user to customize the preset cycles (knob) by adjusting individual cycle settings (flat panel buttons). This newer version smells like burning rubber after completing a cycle, even after a year of use (they said it would "go away").
