Great look and love having the 2 ice makers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the refrigerator almost a year ago and it has been running great. I recently had an issue with the craft ice machine and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently through LG’s Customer Service Department.

Nothing but problems

Nothing but problems with the craft ice maker. Have had it LESS than a year and have had to replace the ice maker twice!

Not bad, has room for improvements

So far this has been a good fridge. The handles are in an odd spot for me, but great for my kids. It was a little odd not having anywhere for butter or smaller items with a little flap door in the fridge, and also not having a drawer in the mid section, but that is just me coming from a more expensive model to a cheaper one. Having the drawers all low can be annoying, and the little front door is a gimmick, as the shelves in the door are stocked with sauces and such, not drinks, which is what...

Awesome fridge

Purchased this refrigerator because of the craft ice machine. It's a great feature for bourbon drinkers. And customer service was great when it went down and sent parts very quickly

Craft Ice Feature is a blast!

LG Model llsds2706s is wonderful

We bought this a month ago. We'd moved and didn't Ike the one in the house we bought. We had a similar LG model at our old house and loved it. This one is bigger! Love the door-in-door feature and fingerprints, when they do show, wipe off easily with a soft cloth. People who don't like side by sides site the freezer space. However, this one hits the mark on storage. Plenty of room!

Overall the features are great!

Very satisfied. The only comment I would make pertains to the tray for the craft ice. It needs to be designed so that the tray doesn't accidently fall out if it is opened too far.

not worth buying

I bought this in the spring and by July the ice maker was broken and now it is the end of September and it is still ot fixed..I get nothing but run arounds..I would never buy another LG anything..paid a high price for it and now I can't get it fixed...would not recommend this fridge to anybody

Nothing but problems with the craft ice maker. In less than a year we have gone through 3 ice makers. The original and two replacements. Horrible investment.

nothing great about this fridge

I bought this February first this year and by July the ice maker quit working and now we have September and I still haven't got it fixed...another repairman is supposed to come this week..to be honest..I am really disappointed in this fridge..for the money I paid, I expected more...the craft ice maker is still working , but my husband doesn't like it, says the ice has an after taste...and we bought it especially for the craft ice...like I said VERY DISAPPOINTED

Terrible ! I bought this less than a year ago and have had to replace the craft ice maker two times already.

On Sunday , September 3, 2023, refrigerator side will not hold set temperature of 37 degrees. I had placed digital refrigerator thermometers on both sides to make sure refrigerator functioned as it should. Waiting on service.
