Excellent service!

I have never had such immediate attention to the service of my new LG refrigerator. Had a little problem with the craft icemaker and within days Keith my service man who was amazing had it shipped to my house and then installed in 20 minutes. I have had a lot of service situation due to just finishing construction and this was by far my best experience. Thank you again so much.

Great fridge so far

I love the craft ice ! And I love all the space it has in it my last two fridges have been French door ones and this one just feels so much more roomy ! So far so good have only had it week or so . So will see how long it lasts . But so far I love it. Even the no handles too !

I Love the space! It is so stylish.

This is one of the best refrigerators on the market. From the exterior to the interior just so Awesome! We get a lot of compliments on the look and the features of the ice maker. In the last month we purchased all LG kitchen products.

Nice looking refrigerator with great features

Bought this refrigerator in November 2022. I really like the refrigerator. It really cool to be able to see inside without opening. I also like the craft ice maker on it but the regular ice maker seems to freeze up a lot & gets clogged up. I don’t know why companies can’t seem to get ice makers right. The refrigerator is very stylish/modern looking too. Overall I am pleased with refrigerator but disappointed with ice maker. So far craft ice has no problems.

Craft Ice Maker is Junk

The craft ice maker has gone down TWICE NOW. Naturally it’s out of warranty now. Don’t buy this unit!

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER , bought the fridge January of 2022 February of 2023 the convince door latch breaks, no big deal I bought the extended warranty turns out that's a joke. The latch is not a normal wear and tear part and wont cover it ....its a plastic latch how is it not going to break .... LG is no help either will not stand behind there product one month out of warranty wouldn't even split the the repair cost or anything so both the fridge and the Lowes extended warranty are not good cust...

Great fridge with the amenities of craft ice ,

I have had my new fridge for 5 months now and could not be more pleased. Very good design for ease of life , the easy access door is great the craft ice is amazing.

Great features like Door in door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this frig and was very happy with its overall size ,finish ,style and was most impressed with the door in door idea which prompted me to purchase it as well as the high ratings from consumer reports on LGs as one of the best. I would have given this a 5 star rating until I realized to late that there are no multiple rails for changing shelf heights . All the shelves have one setting except the top one which allows you to raise ...

Love 2 ice makers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My precious 2 year old frig ice maker broke multiple times. I love having 2 ice machines now. I went from the 3 door back to 2 doors because I felt hair and dust fell into the freezer section. The 2 door it seems the veggie drawer is so far down it’s like getting on the floor. I like the smooth look flat design.

Lovely frig

It is a nice frig but it seems I have to stand in my head to open bottom veggie bend. I went to this style from the 3 door because I left it allowed hair and dirt to fall in freezer. So it’s a toss up. So far 2 super nice ice makers.

HEAVEN-SENT

Husband had to be home 24/7 to help me recuperate from shoulder surgery (2 rotator cuff tears; arthritis/calcium calcification removal; shredded bicep tendonotomy = UGH!)
