Love this refrigerator and all its features

We were looking for a new refrigerator. We had been making craft ice in molds. So much easier have the craft ice maker. We have had to reset the arm that goes down to know when it needs more ice balls.

Our previous refrigerator was a very popular brand that did'nt have a clue how to design a reliable ice maker. There is no great features. My pop cannot fit insi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No, I am not happy with it. I am a soda drinker or a pop drinker inside the refrigerator. The shelf is not big enough to hold soda bottle 2 L you can’t put 2 L on the door because they get flat vegetable, but I do buy a lot of pop and I did not think about that. None of my pop can fit in the middle of the refrigerator and I do not put on the doors.

Ice Machine

I have had nothing but issues with model. All though purchase an extended warranty & as of today still waiting on a reply. Three weeks no ice.

Best fridge ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. The drawers have a lot of room and this has made finding and locating items in the freezer much easier. The UV on the water dispenser is also great. The look fits our kitchen perfect with all our other LG appliances. Craft ice is amazing, a serious conversation peice when having guests over.

Drawer pulls are on the drawer bottoms, very difficult to open for disabled people. Not exactly thrilled with how you select ice & water.

Craft icemaker breaks all the time

This has been the worst fridge we have ever owned.

Freezes Ice Makers constantly, and not cold

This refrigerator is very very disappointing and extremely frustrating. The Craft Ice Maker is nice, WHEN it works... The craft ice maker constantly freezes up and dies, every 2-3 weeks requiring a hair dryer and thaw time if you want to use it. The fridge itself doesn't keep the temps in the freezer or fridge as requested as the LG green app settings, will force themselves back on and make the whole freezer and fridge get just warm enough to gloss everything over and freeze your ice makers up s...

Great refrigerator so far

Spacious refrigerator

Great choice

I’m glad my 14 year old refrigerator died! I’ve always hated bottom freezer drawers, so I was ready for a side by side. Filtered water and two ice makers with in the door dispenser make this a great choice. Also the door in the big door is great to access frequently used items. So far I love this refrigerator.

Bad ice dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silver frame around ice dispenser cracks and breaks easily. I have replaced this part several times and sure enough it is cracked again.

LG drink access side by side refrigerator

We had to have warranty work because a plastic piece that hold a metal hook to close our drink access door broke off. The plastic piece really needs to be metal like the hook. This broke in 2.5 years. Our ice crusher function jams and we get a lot of large pieces of ice. We like the looks, but we would not buy another one like it.
