Difficult to install unless you have lots of room to get behind the unit since all connections are behind the unit - especially difficult to keep dryer vent line straight and undamaged when pushing unit back into a tight space. Another “complaint”: Manual is very weak on connecting the unit to the ThinQ app - ignore the manual (save yourself the grief) and just call LG support and get a tech to walk you thru it. Dryer Burns My Clothes
Would Not RecommendThe dryer is less than a year old and leaves a circular pattern burned into my clothing. Customer service is terrible and I would never buy an LG product again

Would RecommendSO FAR I LOVE THIS LG WASHER/DRYER. It's fast, quiet, and it actually cleans! At my other house I sadly bought a Samsung top-load washer and totally regret it. I concluded that these newer washers just didn't wash like the old ones. But this LG might have proved me wrong! I can highly recommend this product.

Washer gets mildew smell
Would RecommendLove this wash tower, but have been fighting against the washer’s mildew smell. We totally wipe down the inner door, rubber gasket, tumbler, and keep door open 24 hours. We regularly empty the overflow/filter at the bottom. We have started to put a container of “DampRid” in it, which has helped.

Moisture sensor does not work, I hate it
Would Not RecommendIt washes fine. My biggest gripe is that the moisture sensor does not work and the LG support is a joke. The only dry setting that works is Timed Dry. All other dry cycles stop after 2 minutes. I contacted support 5 times already and each time they have me do the same trouble shooting (install test, ensure energy saver is turned off, wipe down my sensor bar...they blame that my load is too large, then it's too small, it must be the fabrics I'm washing...eventually they always blame my vent h...

Broken in less than a year
Would Not RecommendBought this less than a year ago and the washer won’t make it through one wash without throwing a code avoid at all costs
