Dryer is very weak!
Dryer is not able to blow the air out through a 10' long vertical pipe! Took 3.5 weeks since opening claim for technician to come. Technician said it is very common problem. LG are very difficult to deal with. This is a for a brand new unit and a brand new house!

Failed control board after 3 years
I bought this dryer from Lowe’s 3 years ago and it gets regular use from our family of 4. After running a load recently I noticed the dryer cycle was complete and the unit was off. Despite that the tumbler was still operating. After verifying settings and cycling power it was found that the main control board’s motor relay had likely failed in the closed position. Horrendous delivery experience
This rating is for the delivery service--not the product. I have not been able to use the product because the delivery service REFUSED to install it! We bought the "installation kit," and they complained that they weren't qualified to install it with our set-up. We didn't understand what the problem was. Hook-up Items Not Listed
The washer/dryer did not come with the hook-up items and there was no list to pick from. The salesperson forget to add the electrical hook-up for the dryer so I had to go back to the store and purchase it and schedule another install. This is really bad, ALL items needed should show up and ask you which ones you want, not leave you to guess.
