Bad Customer Service

The washer and dryer were delivered and installed but the dryer cable did not reach the power outlet on the ground. It was too short. The delivery/installation men gave me a customer service phone number to call in order to get a longer dryer cord. I called the number and was told I could take in the too short dryer cord and exchange it for a longer one. I called my local Lowe's to make sure they had the right length cord before driving in. Too much technology for a washer/dryer

Ok so the washer/dryer works fine, but there are sensors that will stop the machine from drying if there's too much lint or, in my case, just stop the machine for no reason at all. Then LG support/customer service is the absolute worst. They refuse to send out techs even if it's under warranty and basically say its your fault. There is no way to override the error codes for "safety" reasons. It's just way too much techonology for a washer/dryer. I can't recommend and to be honest after dealing w...

More than cosmetic

I purchased the LG wash tower from the Lowe's outlet for 70% off and it was advertised that it only had cosmetic damage. I thought, wow, I am getting quite a deal here as I did not care about a few scratches and whatnot. As luck would have it, the dryer threw a code of te1 the first time it was used and after much troubleshooting discovered it would need the entire PCB board replaced. Leaked Twice So Far

Nice looking $2300 Washer Dryer Combo. I bought the tower unit and it’s failed to drain once and leaked soapy water today both problems within the first year. I had bought the extended Lowe’s warranty. They explained to me how to drain the washer. Then told me to wash clothes and see if it happens again. Pice of junk

I purchased the LG WashTower model WKHC252HWA, and the dryer has been a complete disappointment from day one. It routinely takes 4–6 hours to dry a simple load of towels, even on the highest settings. No modern dryer should perform this poorly. For a unit costing over $2,200, this is unacceptable.
