Would RecommendWe have an older house and laundry room is in a separate room under the carport. I was stressed that the new unit wasn't going to fit. The lads involved (I didn't get their names, sorry) assured me it was no problem and within 30-45 minutes, the old washer/dryer was gone and the new one installed and running. Also, they arrived early, even though it was about 30-something degrees that morning, and so I was able to maintain the structure of my day. That's much appreciated. Many thanks. - Fritz

Would RecommendHad this same unit awhile back but moved and left it to the buyer of my home. So glad I got another. Had them install it as well which made it quick and easy. The guys doing the install were in/out quickly and explained everything so well on set up and policies.

So Disappointing
Would Not RecommendWe purchased this on a Friday. Delivery set for Sunday which honestly was not bad. Product arrived and the delivery team did the install. He ran the test and left. Grabbed laundry since we had not done any for days waiting for the new unit. Screen lights up. Sits. Dies. Try resetting. Nothing. Tried unplugging in hopes of resetting. Nothing. DEAD. This unit is trash. There is no reason a unit should not work day one. Do not waste your time.
