Great dryer!

It's quiet and dries clothes efficiently.

Do not get dry.

I have owned this almost a month, it simply only dries when you use timed dry. The cloths do not get dry on other settings.

No right side vent for gas models- stupid design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched specifically for dryers with side venting and when I went to install it, I found that gas models don't support right side venting. Not only that, but the gas line sticks out at the bottom right by 3", so I also can't rear vent and turn right with the pipe, which is the way I need to go. And even if the vent went somewhere else, I can't push the dryer up against the wall because the gas line sticks out so far rather than being mounted...

Great features!

We bought an LG washer and dryer in 2023 and in 2024 decided to sell our house. The buyers wanted both items as they knew they were new with warranties on them. So, we had to buy replacements. We bought new AI washer and dryer set in 2024. We love the AI feature where we can just set it and the computer figures out how to wash or dry the clothes. Also, love the scheduling features too.

Amazing Dryer

Great Dryer

Excellent dryer. Met or exceeded all of our expectations. Easy to use, reliable, no issues.

Works well but - need a computer scientist to use

Works well, but - first of all, the door only opens like 30 degrees. We wash bedding and blankets - you have to work to get them into the opening. Then, secondly, in order to get access to certain advanced features, you have to connect it to a wireless app. Who has time to do that? I used to be fairly tech savvy, but I cannot figure out how to connect the dryer to my wireless network. Keep it SIMPLE.

Excellent dryer, so smart, easy to use, very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used dryer a couple of weeks & it's so smart, easy to use & quiet. The clothes are completely dry & not a wrinkled mess when done. The door can open side to side or from the top which is helpful when washing bid bulky items vs normal loads. Many options to choose from & shows time during each cycle. The one thing I'm not wild about is the top of the dryer is slanted, so stuff you put on top slides off.

Clothes don’t dry properly

The dryer looks nice, but my old less fancy dryer dried clothes much better. I have to run this dryer 3 times before my clothes are dry. I’ve tried everything, but my clothes are always still damp at the end of each cycle . I wish I would have saved a lot of money, and went with a basic dryer as it is taking me a lot longer now to finish laundry.

Large capacity, easy to load and unload

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the dryer. Super large capacity. Was easy to figure out the settings. The wrinkle care feature does work well and use it all the time. Another feature that l like is the reversible door, open the topside when loading from the washer so that the laundry doesn't fall on the floor and open the side way when unloading into a laundry basket.

Great LG Product

We love both our washer and dryer. They are beautiful to look at, quiet and efficient. They are both extremely spacious and we can do pretty much all of our laundry for the week in one go. I would definitely recommend
