What Customers Are Saying
Most customers praise the quiet operation and convenient door design that opens both ways, plus the large capacity and modern look. However, many report clothes remain damp after full cycles, requiring multiple runs even on high heat or sensor settings. Some experience premature failures or repeated repair issues. A few note the black glass shows fingerprints easily and the interior light requires manual activation. Despite drying performance concerns and service frustrations, most customers find the quiet, spacious design worthwhile for everyday use.

Not a good product. Doesn’t dry your clothes thoroughly and they come out wrinkled. If you try to turn the dryer back on it will dry for up to one minute with cold air and shut itself off. You cannot increase the dry time either. Horrible product.

Horrible delivery
Unfortunately it’s not the dryer that was the issues. It was Lowe’s delivery team. Now they are something….. idk if they just didn’t want to be bothered with installing our dryer or what but at 8am on Sunday I had 3 sleeping kids in the house. The delivery drivers said I had carbon in the house I needed a firefighter over asap or our house would blow up, I had corrosion, my pipes we no good, I had some major leaks and then a plumber needed to called before I could even look into the dryer gettin...

Good so far
We had a dryer that was original from when our condo was built, in 2005. So really old but still worked! However, the belt broke and we chose the LG gas dryer from the good reviews and reasonable price. What I’ve noticed so far: Pros- Lint removal is AMAZING!! I love the bedding option to help keep the duvet cover from balling up (it still did but I’ve only used this function once thus far) and it’s pretty quiet. Cons- It only opens from the top which is great for loading from the washer but fo...

Unbelievable
For the amount of money paid, my husband and I are extremely disappointed and upset that we can not use this dry properly. We’ve had it for 2 months and from day one, It will only dry on the download cycle. All other cycles presents an error message D80. We’ve had a professional inspect the exhaust duct and everything that pertains to the air flow. No lint or buildup at all. This dryer is the absolute worst.

Disappointing
The dryer looks nice but dries much worse than my 18 year old LG that it replaced. Clothes come out wrinkled and the lint trap is ruining any clothes that have a drawstring by eating it and pulling it apart. I was able to request a new lint trap and cover but replacing it did not solve the issues and they were supposed to reach out to me but it’s been over four weeks.

Drying and venting issues
I recently purchased a new dryer and have been disappointed with both the design and overall performance. The biggest issue is the venting system. The vent connection feels poorly engineered, making installation more difficult than it should be, and airflow does not seem efficient. Even with a properly cleaned vent line, the dryer struggles to circulate heat effectively. Drying times are much longer than expected. A normal-sized load often requires two or even three cycles before clothes are fu...

Not Worth The Price Tag
We've had this dryer THREE months and we're already calling for service! Clothes are coming out with large grease/oil stains! I don't use fabric softener and our vents were cleaned before the new dryer was installed; had to throw away clothing and linens! Things to think about if you are going to buy this dryer: ***I wouldn't buy this dryer again just because of the dryer lint compartment alone! It is not a single screen dryer vent where you can easily remove lint. It's a two screen compartment...

Dryer is fine, but Lowe's sent 2 workers to reverse my dryer door to open on the opposite side and they said they could not do it and that I would have to call LG! This did not not suit me at all!
Dryer Damaged clothes
This dryer has been the worst appliance I have EVER purchased—I would give it 0 stars if that was an option! I have (4) children and do multiple loads of laundry daily. This unit began twisting/ripping/tearing clothing immediately. There is a felt type seal that is defective under the lint catch that would grab small parts of clothing and damage them.

Does not work with Propane
If you are looking st this dryer for use with propane, do not buy it. Contacted LG and they told me to contact installer and propane company. I did and both verified everything seemed ok with their part. Lg was no help. Don’t waste your time and money on this as it does. It work with propane.
