Would Not RecommendI received this product today. Install was done through Lowe’s but it appears that the agitator is not working already. It making sound like it wants to spin but it doesn’t. I’m not sure if I need to reach out to Lowe’s or LG for this.

Would Not RecommendThis thing sucks. First of all it arrived with scratches on the top. Lowes delivery just put it in our garage didnt unbox it or anything. We didnt notice the scratches until days later. Lowes return policy for appliances is a measly 48 hours so we were stuck with the damage. The worst part is the actual dryer, calling it a "dryer" is very generous. It doesn't get hot. It takes several cycles to dry a load of clothes. I absolutely hate this thing and am so bummed I didn't know I only had 48 hours...

Would RecommendI recently upgraded from an LG of 12+ years. First I love how you can open the door downwards for moving your load from the washer to the dryer! Then when taking out your load you open like a door… Excellent design! Big and spacious for big loads for sure! The options have changed from my last LG dryer so I still have to figure that out. It does dry the clothes but you have to make sure your settings are set up properly. I love the lint trap! Also the app will remind you to clean it with water…...
