Horrible service

Great Dishwasher

This dishwasher is the quietest and best cleaning dishwasher I have ever owned. The controls are very easy to navigate….very good product at a very good price

Not so great

Bought the dishwasher 4 months ago and still have problems with getting the water heated , even after making sure warm water is entering the washer, it shuts off in the middle with error flash. And even if I do not set high temperature, The cycle is very long and it does not dry well. I called twice already and it definitely helps adding the rinse, but I’m somewhat disappointed in the appliance.

Part was under warranty, but labor is not included

The motor went out after 5 years, but LG replaced it.

A dishwasher that does what its intended to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with this dishwasher. It’s large so I can have many dishes cleaned quicker. There is a lot of room for cutlery so I always have clean forks when I need them. It’s smudge-proof so the stainless steel always looks clean. I highly recommend recommend.

Cleans well, average noise level

I bought this brand/model because it was on sale and closer to reasonable price than most. It has the 3rd top rack which is nice, but I need more space for small pet bowls and the bottom rack is best for large utensils.Not quite what I wanted. Front controls are so sensitive the machine turns on while I am working on the counter above it. Did not have that issue with a previous front control machine I used for many years.

I would not buy again.

I'm not real satisfied. Inside trays were bent and seemed really cheap. I have not really experienced the full scope of the electronics yet. I hope I had not made a mistake & bought something cheaply made.

QUIET and very nice design!

This dishwasher is awesome! The top rack for flatware is super nice and the flexibility that we have to lower or raise some of the tines on the other two drawers is a very nice added feature. It’s SUPER QUIET too!! Sometimes I can’t even hear it running!

Quiet

Defective out of the box

This unit had a defective door latch out of the box. Lowes refused to take it back because 48 hours had passed since delivery. They agreed to repair the unit at no cost to me. I realize that mass-produced items are not 100% perfect. I have had LG products before and never had any issues. I am disappointed that Lowes would not replace the unit rather than repair it.

Does a fine job!

This dishwasher does a terrific job cleaning. It is pretty quiet. We have found that using the "nite dry" feature really pays off. We tend to run it at night and the feature circulates air periodically to help aid in the drying. Even plastics are pretty much dry for the morning emptying. The only thing I found disappointing was the lack of a feature to help prevent glasses from moving around during the wash. Overall we have been happy with the purchase.

Great dishwasher, low noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for over 4 years. The only issue has been the rubberized racks starting rusting in some of the upright corners after 2 years and needing replacement after 4 years.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because I heard it was very good at against stuck on food and I have seen that. This is so true. I don’t even have to rinse my dishes anymore. All the food comes off and the third show is good to have for my delicate items, you guys did a great job designing this Dishwasher.

Glreat looks and features

I bought this a couple months ago to complete my appliance upgrades. Matches my other LG black stainless appliances

Terrific buy

Last month, after lots of research, we purchased this dishwasher. Couldn't be happier. Its sleek, very, very quiet and our dishes and cutlery has never been cleaner.

Horrible

Great dishwasher

We’ve had this dishwasher for about 2 weeks now and it is quiet, efficient and does a great job at washing dishes. Far better than our old Whirlpool.
