So far so good. Easy to install. Easy to use. Dishes come out very clean. The quad arm seems to be very effective. I would give is 4.5 stars but it wasn't an option. The only knock for me is that it is louder than advertised in my opinion. The Maytag I had before this one was 48dBA and was whisper quiet. Often times we weren't sure it was on.
