Washes Great, Doesn't Dry Well, No WiFi

In-store description said it has wifi, it doesn't. It effectively washes dishes. It does not dry them at all. Even hours after cycle completion, the dishes and the dishwasher are still soaking wet inside.

My dishwasher keeps coming up with an AE CODE and we’re thinking float sensor. Where do I find these for purchase?

Already LOVE This Dishwasher

Although newly installed and only run for 2 cycles, we can already see some differences between this model and our old LG model. The silverware basket is much improved in that it separates the items much better to prevent nesting. The third drawer will be helpful for kitchen cooking utensils so as not to take up space in the two large drawers. The exterior finish (dark stainless) is clean. The front control panel is easy to read.

Awesome

I did the install myself, and it went very smoothly. The unit is attractive, and as advertised. Easy to use (good instructions). Does a great job on the dishes, while being a very quiet operation.

Poor Merchandise

Do not purchase this unit if possible. The unit breaks down quickly and is often referenced badly by customers all over. LG support is non existent unless you have social media. We’ve had the unit for a year and half, now it won’t drain and the control panel is useless. We clean the unit regularly and use it according to the manuals. Save yourself time and buy a unit that will work, with customer service agents you can speak to.

broken again suggest a different brand

this dishwasher looks nice but broke 2x the first year we had it. now it’s leaking again and we are so done. i have LG washers and dryers for years and love them but they don’t know how to make a decent dishwasher so we’re going to buy a different brand. this is a huge inconvenience bc both of us work from home, eat all our meals here and are very busy!

Color no deseado

Not because in the seller we told him that they were black in the essay the black image and it turns out that he asked for another type black color what a bad service from the seller

Buy the extra warranty… just in case.

The door and racks are much lighter than our previous LG dishwasher. Makes us wonder how long it will last. Only ran the washer about 10 times, so far the cleaning results were good. The system is surprisingly very quiet.

Complete Junk and Service is Worse

Been out of box 3 whole weeks. Tilts every time it runs a cycle. Have to manually do each step. Played with LG online support, they said call store I bought it, contacted Lowes and they say call LG. 3 weeks old, 800 bucks delivered for a big freaking paperweight. I should have learned from previous fiascos with Lowes that there is NO customer service. So now I will pay someone to come fix this, but I guarantee I never will step foot in another Lowes and do my best to make sure no one who knows m...

Failed in less than 1 year

This dishwasher has been in use for 7.5 months & suddenly has no power. I would expect more from LG.

Really nice dishwasher. I would never buy anything else if at all possible. Pump stopped working at 6 years old, which was a little early, in my opinion. Unfortunately, pumps aren't under warranty at 6 years. Time to buy my next LG stainless steel dishwasher!

Fraudulently advertised as a ThinQ unit.

Pictures that LG uses clearly show this as being ThinQ compatible, and therefore eligible for the free extra year warranty, but this unit DOES NOT have ThinQ. Very shady business practice by LG. Basically tricking people into buying a model in the hopes of having a 2yr warranty just to find out that they are only eligible for 1 year.
