Terrible product

Washer has been in my house for three weeks and can’t run a load through. Already changed the control board and still doesn’t work

This washer has been in my house for 3 weeks and has been the worst experience with a new appliance I have ever experienced. Needless to say it’s still not fixed

Great washer

We love this washer. It is quick, quiet, and doesn't "walk" across the floor. And when the load is finished, we get a verbal notification via Alexa.

Insanely loud spin cycle.

Replacing our 25 year old washer and dryer

Great design, useful features, especially ThinQ

Although there are a lot more settings than the one this replaced, it's easy to get to figure out how to get the best results. Much quieter than the old washer I had (which was not an LG). Like the feel of the controls, very intuitive. The clock is a nice touch and the ability to change the musical tones when the wash cycle is done. ThinQ has some useful features, such as notifying me via cellphone ...

Close but greed and lazy engineering kills a good

Dryer sensor is ineffective. Very expensive unit. Yet the the charge extra for something as simple as the dryer rack for steam.

It's ok, not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had higher expectations. Have been careful not to use too much detergent or overload yet have twice had greasy looking spots. As for AI, I think it's just gimmick as I can't see any benefit to it versus choosing the right cycle and probably it's worse because I know what's in there!

Love my LG front loaders

I have had LG in the past and always happy with the brand. I love my new set and all the features it offers, along with cool colors. I haven't had this set but a few months but I do not foresee any issues.

I purchased the washer and dryer set. I enjoy the AI feature on both and it seems to be more efficient.

4 1/2 stars

I'm giving the washer five stars because of its performance. It really does an excellent job. However, I would like to take 1/2 star away if I could for the fact that the screen display is so dim as to be almost unusable. That seems like a serious oversite and something that would be extremely easy to address and fix.

Love the connectivity to Alexa

We've had this washer for a couple of months now. It has cut our washing time in half from our previous washer. It is quiet and does not dance across the floor. Plenty of capacity. A feature we really like is the fact that our Amazon Dot device in the living room now announces when the wash cycle is done.

I’ve been using this washer for a couple months now with zero issues. I love the smart features on it and the AI wash seems to be washing the clothes as they should be.

Done With Lowes

OMG.. So beyond angry. Lowes is so disorganized. So they pickup w/d that I was returning and not delivering the replacement. So, now I have to leave my water main off because of this crap of service.
